Very GOOD BD- something sensible- and correct for a change; I checked the greek- and you are correct- I was going by the word in the KJV...however, it still doesn't change the fact that it is a Symbolic Prophecy. Of COURSE, some things are literal in it- or it would make NO sense!

They aren't; they are BEFORE the throne, as those during the tribulation that tried to HIDE in caves- end of chapter 6.

they pick out disparate unrelated verses and combine them to support the wackiest of wacky doctrines.. on the other hand there are many scriptures they almost never address, whether because they contradict wt doctrine or because they simply don't have a clue what they mean or how to spin them to the wt advantage.. one of these is revelation 19:1 that mentions a "great crowd" "in heaven.
" the only time it is ever brought up it is dismissed.

1- I believe these AREthe last days- because of the signs; so far no more dates! Or are you referring to 1914? If so, maybe you'll answer what no churchoid who also believes these the last days will: WHEN did the signs Jesus gave begin to take place?
2-Well, that answers part of #1; you DON'T see the signs? Or think WORSE ones LATER will be them? (Men ruining the Earth- Rev 11- is one NEVER happening before!)

PS- that's the easiest of all! Consider: have all these souls LITERALLY been living under some kind of Altar in Heaven for so many centuries?
Revelation is a Symbolic Prophecy; remember why Christ told his disciples he used so many symbolic illustrations? Remember the opening words of Revelation? "he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John" (vs 1) "Signified" in Old English, means to present in signs.
It is a Vivid image of how so many righteous were Murdered and Slaughtered- and how and WHY God's Anger has been building- and will explode in Vengence!

Nicely? If you say so; that implies that most of your former brothers & sisters- if not ALL- were phonies. Is that the case? I was once in a congregation where the elders were Liars- but the congregation was sincere, and did their best! (I left, bailed out- MOVED to get outta there!)
By belittling others that try, does that boost your holiness, make you better? BD LIED about me- so I insulted HIM- but I usually insult the DECEPTIONS. For who of us really know each other?
Have you thrown the Truth out the window, as well as the Brotherhood?

The/ a great crowd LIVES THRU the Tribulation; they aren't raptured outta cars and bathrooms. The Palm Branches signify they are still on Earth, as well as those evil were DURING the tribulation-
Rev 6:15- and the kings of the earth, and the princes, and the chief captains, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 for the great day of their wrath is come; and who is able to stand?

Essan, if you check any interlinears, you will quicly find that the ANIMALS were referred to as souls (nephesh), but its translated as "creatures" to HIDE its real meaning.
Souls die, are killed- and Jesus said God will destroy many. Churchianity causes all KINDS of confusion blending spirit and soul into the same word, and perverted definitions to EVERY biblical term.
God told Adam they would DIE- and even SPELLED IT OUT, telling them they would return to the ground he formed them from; He didn't create a 'Hellfire' to send their supposed 'immortal' souls to- nor did he take them to heaven , rewarding their Treason!
Nor to send the 'immortal' souls of billions- including Israelites- to a 'Hellfire' He never WARNED them of! Jesus said the day will come when the dead will come OUT of the tombs, Revelation showing even the dead in HELL (Hades/grave) are resurrected and judged! (Weren't they ALRREADY to be BBQed for so long?)
Soul (nephesh)- the creature, or it's life
Spirit (ruach)-"Breath, Wind" power (of God,man, or beast (or the beings of energy living in the spirit realm; angel, demon)
Die/Death- to STOP LIVING (not changing forms, being 'immortal')
Life- combination of spirit and form
Resurrection ("Standing Up" in Hebrew / Greek)- to be brought BACK to Life- NOT to be pulled from Heaven or Hell into their fleshly body!
