while i think that obamacare is bad for forcing people to get health insurance by penalizing them for not having it; it is going to hit jws hard.. so many brag on the assembly parts that they quit corporate jobs to pioneer, but they don't get insurance after that.. there are many that are pioneer couples or single pioneers that are just doing small jobs like cleaning that can't afford insurance, so they don't get it.
they will want to be obedient to caesar and have to get it next year, straining their budgets.
or if they don't get it, they will have to pay the penalty.. we will see how that plays out next year..
The penalty was struck down as unconstitutional by the supreme court, last I heard. You can pay it, but it's optional. EDIT: Can't find a source on that, so I probably just misunderstood something.
What I expect to hit the JWs hardest is, part time workers are being limited to 27 hours a week because any more and the company they work for has to pay for health insurance for them (that's what I was told by my boss, so may not be 100% accurate)

Lots of candy, new work shoes to replace my worn out ones, and just enough money so that my fiancee and I can actually pay rent and utilities for this coming month. Not too bad of a haul, considering.
i have been typing on the same keyboard for almost 17 years and i'm so used to it i don't want to go to another kind of keyboard if anything happens to this one.. in fact i have a backup model of the same keyboard since they are so hard to find.
it's the old ibm model m keyboard.
i love the sound of the feedback and the racket it makes compared to the newer keyboards.
Personally, I prefer lower keys with very little feedback... It allows me to type much, much faster than on a larger keyboard. Also from a speed perspective, QWERTY keyboards are designed specifically to slow down your typing, so bleh... Though it's hard to find anything else.
I do know what you mean, though. I grew up with one of those keyboards (or one very, very similar). They're nice.

ok i was a born in and never watched or touched anything to do with hypnotist's as we are told to avoid them at all costs and i always followed all the rules to the letter.. so yesterday we have the county fair going on and they have this hypnotist show so i went to it.
the hypnotist called up about 15 people on stage and tried to put them under.
about five of them he just could not put them under so that left about ten people on stage.. of those ten the hypnotist could do almost anything to them, it looked like it was staged expect one of the young women had been sitting right by me and her friends were right next to me, so it did seem legit.. the hypnotist had them fall asleep and when they were in that state he would tell them that when they woke up they would react to key words he had said to them or when he touched his face a cretin way.. it sort of freaked me out because it was like how i was in the religion.
A couple of fun facts about hypnosis (from what I studied in Psychology, so I'm not exactly an expert... my professor used to work as a hypnotherapist, though, if that means anything to you):

Telling someone to do something they're unwilling to do (such as killing some one, for example) will immediately snap them out of the trance. (I've had this happen to myself before... Hypnosis is nothing to be afraid of, as long as you can trust in the hypnotist... And even then, they won't be able to just outright control you (though they may be able to mess with your head over multiple sessions... which is how the JWs can mess with you).

Just curious: Is thinking in sign language visual, muscle memory, or something else? (If that's not too personal of a question) I can definitely see why it would vary from person to person... I could see it being a mental picture of disembodied gestures, or of a specific person (yourself, or whoever the speaker was) signing, or just the kind of "tingly" feeling in my hands I get when I imagine what it feels like to play a certain note on the clarinet.

Seriously, though, I've been eating spaghetti is a good bet (if it hasn't been mentioned). You may want to get yourself a good cook book designed for absolute beginners. With proper directions and definitions of EXACTLY what some cooking terms mean (simmer? never knew what it meant until I found an exact, easy to follow definition in my cookbook), it's not that hard to teach yourself some basic meals, or even more complex ones if you're feeling adventurous. I've made hamburgers, home-made macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, twice-baked potatoes... just to name a few, and with absolutely no cooking experience.
BUT BE WARY OF COOKING WITH OIL AND KNOW HOW TO PUT OUT A FIRE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT ONE STARTS. WATER DOES NOT WORK. Had some bad experience with that...
