yesterday jw knocked on my door, i was sitting in the office with the window right next to it, they couldn't see me & i decided not to answer.
they stood there for what seemed ages & as i watched something hit me.
they were here only because they were on the territory.
Sabin very thought provoking
Islandman love the comparison
! muah 💋 ! to you two for great posts!
this is how you force good talent to be used for bad things.
specially considering his young age.. http://www.dallasnews.com/news/community-news/northwest-dallas-county/headlines/20150915-irving-ninth-grader-arrested-after-taking-homemade-clock-to-school.ece.
He may have been a harmless smart kid or he may have been an ISIS/ISIL supporter or some kind of trouble maker. Waiting for the rest of the story.
I'll take a guess. He's a typical 14 year old - very very smart and very immature
"It's a clock man, it's a clock . Don't get all blown out of shape !"
(Laughs himself silly)

if this subject was already considered i apologize for that.
it was sent to me this afternoon regarding the international convention recently held; august 22-24 in zimbabwe.
JWFacts Is Loraini of Islander decent? She looks like she is. Interesting, since he spent many years with his wife as a Special Pioneer in the South Pacific
yes I think so. Apparently she was a good friend of theirs back in the day and worked with he and his wife in the Islands. she sure looks Samoan anyway.
last night i was looking over the notes on my old elders book and one of the instructors told us to write this down.
"when you want to get the friends to believe and obey anything, just keep saying it over and over and over and eventually they will believe it and follow whatever they are being told.
when i went back to school, i learned this quote in one of my world history classes..
JohnA worldly bar.....
Is that oposed to a Jehovahs bar...dread to think what would go on there...I learnt things I would never have learned about perversions from the JWs their books & the bible
doubtingbro Hmmm..(gives the game away!!!)
just on of the perks of being an apostate who is married to a branwashed, blinded jw woman.
you know, we have been married for ~27 years....most of which we had nothing to do with the piece of shite cult.
up till the begining of 2014 was when i woke up.
primum non nocere is a latin phrase that means "first, do no harm.
" the phrase is sometimes recorded as primum nil nocere.some businesses have adopted this aphorism into their day to day psyche, one such example being the airline industry.
this is so deeply ingrained that here in the uk, many observers opine that the uk's national health service ought to adopt the same psyche as the airline industry and incorporate the "first, do no harm" into day to day practice as a priority.but what about non-medical and non-airline organisations?
anybody see the new cartoon?
the girl has a quarter and is going to get an ice cream but then puts it in the contribution box instead.
the gb want to make sure they guilt and suck the kids meager allowances dry as well and prep them as they grow up to keep giving!
It would have been much better if they'd shown her wanting to buy an ice cream and then seeing another child without one and buying the other child an ice cream and watching the pleasure on the other child's face, More realistic and in my opinion a lot more effective in teaching a child about generosity.
i hate spinal treatment days.
my son is in sedation right now getting chemo into his spine.
the hospital and people here are amazing.
My thoughts are with you...in that ward with you..with its funny smell..bustling staff walking 'at the double'always on a mission. I can only imagine what it must be like to have a child with cancer, my son had a major op in Great Ormand street on his skull & that was bad enough. I worked as a nurse in paediatric haematology for 4 years, that was enough..all my patients are seared inmy memory. Glad you have competent doctors & modern treatments, it gets bdtter year on year. So so glad the prognosis is good..,enjoy your son.
We humans feel so much pain as parents..but we wouldn't have it any other way. We would never swap our loved ones for "perfect"ones - we love them just as they are. Human hugs xxx
