It is something you don't see in the UK
Yes bloodless care is not really a thing here. I guess there are also many more JWs in the USA than anywhere else (and I think it will become more so that way I think as time progresses. America will be it's last hold out). Also US hospitals generally have more money to employ specialist staff being mostly private. When it works and a person is fully insured, US healthcare is unbeatable. They cater for every need and have cutting edge treatments.
The NHS would struggle to employ an extra cleaner at this point.

I think if only one case of breaking Hippa can be proven in this type of instance they will pretty soon stop the practice.
