  Pr0ner for defamation or libel to be proved you have to prove the person you're suing knowingly told a lie with intent to harm. As in, saw overwhelming evidence that what they were saying was untrue and still said it. His whole defense is "my word against theirs". The problem is that he will have to prove to a judge his word is good enough

  I checked and the insult clause in Croatia (as well as a few other places) is considered by the ECtHR as an antiquated law originally aimed at protection of the office of a public, or government figure.

  So...the office of the Head Dickhead EXJW??😂

  You are correct it has a very high bar in respect of proof. It is not the Civil 'on balance of probabilities' but the criminal 'beyond reasonable doubt'.

  So as you say, Lloyd will have to prove that each one of you made statements of fact (not opinions) intended to cause harm - knowing it was untrue.

  LMsAAs with the livestream and other miscalculations such as the Gold interview, he’s not thinking past instant gratification when supportive comments come in. He doesn’t think about the ultimate effect this will all have.

  He also likes to assume everyone else is as stupid as he is. Cunning is not the same as genuine intelligence and just because straight talking people take him at his word - initially - doesn't mean he can bluster his way past us with his BS like a bossy school prefect forever🤨

  Why do his lawyers need the judges say-so to compile Lloyds evidence?

  "Relied on" so essentially Waiting for a summons? Did his lawyers know they hadn't applied the law correctly and required the court to tell them they hadn't, before they could spring into action and apply each legal statute perfectly with this 64 page document (complete with translations sent to four other countries & proof defendants received them) per the judges demand of the 3rd Oct?

  LMsA Not intentionally trying to sound Churchillian here, but he had a choice - dishonour or war. He chose both

  Since most people know he definitely admitted to the sex tourism part, isn't it quite a gamble going public like this?? Isn't he worried people may assume he's also guilty of the other points, also? Especially if the volunteers who previously worked for him, no longer do so??🤔

  5.His company accounts / screenshots are available for all to see. His personal salary is another matter.(wonder if he declared all his donations to the tax man eg for the earthquake broken chimney fundraiser!!)

  6.I believe Kim has never stated it was one day!!! How long his video's take is also not something that could be proven on balance of probability (not sure how high the legal bar is for this criminal -civil case lol)

  I don't think Lloyd Evans has any principles besides self-preservation and promotion in order to earn himself a small to medium sized fortune. He thinks that having publicly woke principles will get him quicker and easier to this goal.

  Absolutely. He betrays his ignorance by the use of laughably antiquated, or even offensive, terms he uses when discussing topics that he (and here's where the 'woke' comes in) knows next-to-nothing about yet attempts to wade in to in order to get brownie points. In true Lloyd fashion he usually ends up alienating the very people he was attempting to brown nose.....

  .....anyway...back to his recent You tube response..

  1. How can he have been "waiting" for a summons that stated his whole case was nonsensical?

  2. Did his lawyers really make the deadline?

  3. As to the six figure income he is clearly attempting to split hairs between his company earnings and his personal salary (that he pays himself from his company account)

  3. Kim's Reddit post has been confirmed as accurate by multiple witnesses including producer Bob, so that's a non starter

  4. Many of the Mag.7 have gone out of their way to separate his current scandal (based on his own claims) from the old email grooming rumours.

  5. Going abroad to Thailand and having sex with sex workers is by definition sex tourism. The lines of consent are completely blurred when rich middle aged white men buy sex from young third world sex workers. Especially in a country where over a million kids are trafficked into it in the first place. Discussions around the ethics of this by a man claiming to advocate against sexual abuse are more than valid.

  I'm sure others more knowledgeable than me will wade in to his outrageous claims....

  How much? A lot.

  Think about it. He lives in a country with a low cost of living relative to his patron's homeland's. The $20 superchat goes quite a bit further than in its country of origin.$

  He's never (until very recently) had to pay rent or a mortgage, which is the biggest out-going for most people. $$

  Second biggest out-going is a car - again, paid for by a donor.$$$

  Travel expenses and lodging paid for/provided by donors.$$

  Costs relative to his productions, such consulting a lawyer or paying for a 'court reporter' were zero given volunteers in multiple continents provided their skills and services for free all whilst he pockets all the in-show cash donations and monthly patreon pledges $$$$

  Food: Dijana's parents raise chickens and have a 'market garden'/small holding - again I'm willing to bet he rarely has to pay out to keep the kids in groceries

  So...where the heck did the six figure salary go?? (You know that gal with the Zuccini? She's just pulled up in a brand new Audi Q8)
  

  Oh and Haircuts....er....apparently he pays for those🤔
