  Tuesday, I know it's all that bible reading that you did in your younger days... you have the country spelled right in the header, but you are spelling it the way of the book of Philippians in the NT. You still have time to edit and correct the error. And the Philipinos will be happy. And us grammar nerds.

  i need to get back into my routine.

  just trying to find some good motivation to keep on track.

  starting today i'm going to work out 30 mins on weights one day, and the next day 1 hour running or walking.

  I'm an old broad, but on my mom's side they dont live really long. I do water aerobic and toning, (at the Y) 4-5 days a week. Gotta keep my heart strong. It's hot here this summer, 90+ today.... The water is the only place my knees tolerate. I am looking forward to school starting again; we have to share the pool with lots of kids.

  a lot of people here have read and highly recommend ccmc by steven hassan and coc by ray franz, myself included.

  i don't know how i would have handled leaving the borg without that knowledge.. so thinking that got me to wondering, who here has not read them (or has read one but not the other), and how are you coping with exiting the borg?

  Read Crisis of Conscience and have In Search of Christian Freedom... am still reading it in spurts. Combatting Cult Mind Control is on my search list on ebay. I got the others from ebay for less than $10.00 each including shipping. Good stuff!

  i have been df-ed for almost 9 years.

  Annie I found "Crisis Of Conscience" on ebay...It took a week or two but it finally came up. I got it for less than $15 including shipping. If I hadn't sent it to my sister I would send it on to you. Ebay takes a little while but everything comes up sooner or later.

  Really, if they were worried about blood, they would eat kosher.
