If the WBTS is a corporation and seperate from doctrine/GB, can they be sued?

That sounds great Poconos. It almost sounded like some of the comments here didn't want anybody to have success in stopping what the society does.
It's even more exciting a law firm is getting involved now. Hopefully the law see's a difference between freedom of religion and this hate speech/ coercion.

No 2014 JW Yearbook (Yet as of 1-6-14)

is strange to me because it is a book that comes annually, and no word yet from the borg of it.

It's actually going to be held on jw.org, a live stream, each weekend for certain districts (or so they are told)
On the left and right of the page there will be donation box graphics where if you click on it, you can use any credit card, paypal, etc to make a donation and have a tax deduction receipt printed.
On the top and bottom borders of the live stream will be continuous scrolling spiritual slogans, "Trust in the FDS", "Obey the elders", "Give more and be blessed!" etc.
At the end of the 3 days of the spiritual buffet, the speaker will be sure to mention in a falsified report, "Expenses for this wonderful spirtual food this weekend have amounted to $400,483. Donations received are $20,473. (in a pathetic pitiful voice) Thank you for your support with Jehovah's program" - thereby guilting everyone to give more or donate again.
