Nice list. It would be useful showing the psychology of the JW's and possibly WHY they think what they think, etc.

when i was a kid I last had a flu shot, 2 years in a row, both years landed me in the hospital with pneumonia. Haven't had them since. I got flu once or twice in 20+ years and use natural remedies to get out of it. I heard some got flu this year right after getting the flu shot.

More information on Dale Baker.......... http://jwemployees.bravehost.com/NewsReports/2016.html
Local multi-millionaire, Leroy Dale Baker, was the founding incorporator of the Wyoming Congregation, and at one of the zoning hearings, Dale Baker's son, Barry Baker, stated that he was a member of the Cascade Congregation. Leroy Dale Baker made his millions as the founder of Grand Rapids' "Dale Baker Automotive Group" . A subsidiary, Circuit Leasing, Inc. , once leased automobiles to the WatchTower Society for its 500 or more traveling "Overseers" assigned throughout the United States -- until Baker eventually sold out his auto business operations. Barry Baker was the Manager of Circuit Leasing, Inc . (Thereafter, the WatchTower Society cut out the middleman and formed its own "Circuit Vehicles" auto leasing subsidiary, which allows this subsidiary company to purchase vehicles directly from auto manufacturers and lease such back to the main corporation.) L. Dale Baker is also a founding Trustee of JAH-JIREH HOMES OF AMERICA , which is a Jehovah's Witness owned, operated, and occupied retirement community located near Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dale Baker is also the father-in-law of Judah B. Schroeder, who is a former WatchTower Society Attorney and the son of deceased WatchTower Governing Body member, Albert D. Schroeder.

So anyway if this board of directors has left a trail to higher ups and GB, this is something that should really be dissected and put together. What will active JW's think when they see the faithful and discreet slave who tells them not to save for retirement and how close the end is involved in retirement businesses and assissted living facilities that only JW's who ignored their counsel and got rich will be able to afford?

Good idea data-dog, in the JW crematorium, they will have a tiny warehouse to store and sort the ashes, and a little lounge room that in the new world the ashes will be brought to when it's time for them to get resurrected. The service will included taking ownership of the deceased assets and financials since they won't have any children to hand them down to, and an agreement that when they are resurrected, they get all their money back with interest!

So 3,000 to 4,000 a month for what would rent for a $500 to $900 a month studio apartment staffed by 'volunteer' workers? If they were NOT volunteer but fully paid workers, then that would probably be about average or a lil above.
It's interesting some of you found some ties to the higher ranks.
How soon until there is a WT or some letter from the GB that states that those who 'volunteer' to help care for the elderly JW's in assisted living facilities can count that as time?
They'll be really bringing in the big bucks, provided they find any JW's who can actually afford that. Or maybe they'll offer a trade, if they have any bank accounts, savings, and a fully paid for home they can donate that to them in trade, etc.

Yea you're right, I just looked up the company and it's in the UK but they are expanding to the USA. http://jjha.org/ they are charging $3,000 to $4,000 per month.
Obviously no real JW, especially pioneer/CO/etc will be able to afford that on their $1,000 a month SS check.

Who is going to get to stay here? The GB, CO's?
Beginning March 1, Serfass Construction Co. will build an assisted living facility at 2051 Bevin Drive, near Lehigh Street in Salisbury Township. The site is across from the Hyundai auto dealership.
The project, Legacy Place Cottages, includes an assisted living and memory care facility in two new single-story buildings, said Matthias Fenstermacher, vice president of Serfass of North Whitehall Township.
The $6.5 million project totals about 30,000 square feet. The assisted living facility is owned by Jah-Jireh Homes of America, a nonprofit that cares for aging Jehovah's Witnesses.
"The site was picked because of its good location, about a mile from I-78 and 309," said Darbin Skeans, chairman of the board of directors for Jah-Jireh Homes of America.
The project will be financed by a commercial bank. Skeans said the organization expects to select a bank by the end of the week.
The project should be completed at the end of the fourth quarter, he said.
The faith-based community is mainly for ministers of Jehovah's Witnesses, Skeans said.
More than 20 local trades will work on the construction of the new buildings, and as many as 50 workers will be on site daily during the nine-month build, Fenstermacher said.
"It's going to be absolutely beautiful; it's one of those projects that we are very proud of," Fenstermacher said. "It's definitely modern looking but cozy."
