The Sacred Name Movement arose in the early 20th century out of the Church of God (Seventh Day) movement, following on the preaching and ideas of Joseph Franklin Rutherford who founded Jehovah's Witnesses in 1931 based on his belief in the importance of the Hebrew name of God.[2]

New technology has greatly helped the production of animated films. But there's a certain style, a sort of Toy Story-like style of animation that permeates a lot of animation production these days, in my opinion.
The WT knows how manipulative the moving picture can be. The brain actually perceives the watching of a movie in the same way as witnessing a live event. That's why we can so caught up in a scary movie--have you ever chewed your fingernails, litterally, while watching a horror flick?
Repressive dictatorships like to use moving imagery to control the population--like "1984" and "A Clockwork Orange."
There's not much denying that the purpose of Caleb & Sophia WT videos is to entice the young to follow the Organization. Sort of like training up a boy in the way he should walk, even when he turns older he won't deviate from going in that way.
Hopefully this over-the-top indoctrination will be too much for the young ones as they grow up and become aware of the mind control.
Or could the WT adapt anew and produce mind-controlling propaganda aimed at tweens and teens to keep them in?

From Russell taking "in" his waif interest, to Rutherfords young lady "nutritionists" and his book Children, to today's Caleb and Sophia, there always seems to be an unhealthy WT hierarchy's interest in children.
Making children sit through long meetings, with study articles that mention all sorts of sexual no-no's, and stories containing graphic violence and bloodshed, seems twisted and evil minded.
Now this emphasis on cartoon videos, coercing children into giving up their ice-cream money--they're like the wicked cannibal in Hansel and Gretel, waiting to devour children for their own purposes.

Getting it out of my system, a VERY long introduction/outpouring..
by adimmedlight inwarning, novel ahead:.
after a few months of lurking on this site, i've decided to take the plunge...i don't really care so much about introducing myself, but somehow there is some relief in the thought of getting my little story out there, just getting it out of my system.
i am the oldest of 5 kids.

I too enjoyed reading your "novel"
What I get from it is that you are resilient and have a good, perceptive mind.
Learning "the truth about the truth" (TTATT) has distanced me from the JW religion but I'm more than ever, strong in my faith toward God and His Son. In them I find support and a guide in Christ's example. I hope your Christian faith will add light and brightness to everything you do in life.

Going after the youth in order to exploit them for cash and mind control has a certain boogie-man connotation.
Maybe we could illustrate the role of Momma Watchtower with this picture.
"See, Gretel," cried Hansel joyfully, "there is (Spiritual) food for us in plenty..."
He stretched out his hand to help himself... when suddenly they heard a voice call from within :--
"Nibbly, nibbly, mouse!
Who's nibbling at my house?"
The children answered quickly:--
"Tis my Lady Wind that blows,
As round about the house she goes."And... they went on eating... better than any sweetmeat Gretel had ever tasted before.
The old woman nodded her head to them, and said: "Who brought you here, my pets ? Comeinside, come inside; no one will hurt you."
She took their hands and led them into the house, and set before them all kinds of delicious
(Spiritual) foods, milk, sugared pancakes, apples, and nuts...they thought to themselves that surely they had now found the most delightful place in the whole wide world.
But the old woman had only pretended to be friendly and kind, for she was really wicked ... who was always lying in wait to catch little children, indeed, she had built the (...Organization...) especially to entice them in. Whenever anyone came into her power, she cooked and ate him, and thought what a fine feast she had had.
This wicked murderer had red eyes and could not see far, but she has a keen scent, like animals, and can tell at once when a human being is near to them...
As soon as Hansel and Gretel came into her neighborhood she laughed to herself and said
mockingly: "Ha, ha! they are mine already; they will not easily escape me."Early in the morning, before the children were awake, she stood beside them and admired their rosy cheeks and soft round limbs.
"What nice tit-bits for me," murmured she. Then, seizing Hansel by the hand, she led him to a little stable, and, in spite of his cries and screams, shut him up and left him. Then she shook Gretel until she was awake, and bade her get up at once and carry food and drink to her brother, and it must be of the best too, for she wished to fatten him.
"When he is nice and plump, I shall eat him," said the cruel murderer.
Gretel wept bitterly, but it was quite in vain, for she was obliged to do this evil one's bidding.

Where the heck does one get a WT approved MEPS font to fabricate the sign according to spec's?
Seems a bit extreme they'd expect local congregations to make their own signs. Doesn't it?
Why not just make signs at WT facilities and from there send to the congregations on a donation basis like literature?
Is it because they don't own rights to trademark JW-dot-Org? The reason they lost this was due to their description of the web site's stated purpose for media streaming downloading, it conflicts with JWplayer's brand and could lead to confusion.
Read more about it on JWleaks' excellent page on this topic:

I too have been to New Mexico and through out all the South West, as a matter of fact. I've hiked in the desert. Not once did I see remains of dead indians, buckaroos, cows. Where's all the Southwest cattle drive evidence?
I saw petrified wood. But no bones or remains of any kind. I'm sure things die in the desert, I just didn't see any of that. It's a big ol' desert, the Southwest.
But like I said, there are remains of Semitic people living in Goshen for over a couple hundred years at least. The evidence is there, in the dirt.

To this day there are hundreds of thousands of nomadic people trekking all over the Sinai wilderness, the Sahara desert and the Arabian desert. They've been doing this for countless generations. Can you excavate some existing camel poop, or maybe a tent pin, how about rug fibers?
Like Hold Me-Thrill Me says these people didn't leave permanent structures behind in desert areas. Yet there is evidence of Semites living in plush Goshen:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Chronology_(Rohl)
The New Chronology places King Solomon at the end of the wealthy Late Bronze Age, rather than in the relatively impoverished Early Iron Age. Rohl and other New Chronology researchers contend that this fits better with the Old Testament description of Solomon's wealth.[5]
Furthermore, Rohl shifts the Israelite Sojourn, Exodus and Conquest from the end of the Late Bronze Age to the latter part of the Middle Bronze Age (from the Egyptian 19th Dynasty to the 13th Dynasty and Hyksos period). Rohl claims that this solves many of the problems associated with the historicity issue of the biblical narratives. He makes use of the archaeological reports from Tell ed-Daba (ancient Avaris), in the Egyptian eastern delta, which show that a large Semitic-speaking population lived there during the 13th Dynasty. These people were culturally similar to the population of Middle-Bronze-Age (MB IIA) Canaan. Rohl identifies these Semites as the people upon whom the biblical tradition of the Israelite Sojourn in Egypt was subsequently based.
