I have read my black history, I see no conection between stuff that happened 100 years ago and thier current state of failure. I see a lack of education and huge drug and alchoal probelms causing their current state of proverty.

What you are refusing to acknowledge is that in recent times all minorities have suffered the same set of challenges. This is especially true of recent history (post 1960) and in relation to economics. Asians succeed where other minorities fail and fail miserably; my premise is that Asians tend to succeed due to their culture which stresses education. Unlike, the Indian and African American cultures which do not put the same emphasis on education and has huge problems with alcohol and drug abuse. The reason for your failure as a group has everything to do with your current belief system and sub culture and nothing to do with what happened to you ancestors. I repeatedly asked you to show a connection and you make none, primarily because you cannot.

You premise is that Indians are a special case because they suffered more than other minority groups. I think if you put the different minority groups on a scale Indians did suffer more than other groups, I mean look at all the Virgins and defeated warriors from other tribes the Aztec priests killed. i am not a jw myself but i am wondering if this is the proper punishment for kids of jws ?.
my 2 neices are aged 12 &10 their step dad and mother are practising jw,s and the step dad thinks this is acepptable punishment for these girls.
he pulls down their knickers and hits these girls with a belt untill there are welts on their backsides.
After thinking about it I am now sure the guy is a perv. This is not normal behaviour.

ok folks here is my plan to reduce the amount of gun violence in the u.s. im sorry but i cannot help out the european countries becuase a) i dont live in europe and b) only naughty people have guns in europe.. ok. i have come to the conclusion that drugs in the u.s. need to be not only de-criminalized but legalized so that they can be taxed.
by legalizing drugs the profit gained by selling them will plummet and it will not be cost effective for gang members and cartels to import/deal drugs in the u.s. and the violence surrounding drugs will vanish as there will be no motive (ie $$$$$) to commit such violence.. ok. now the problems.

No, I think maybe I failed to clearly make my point. If drugs were legalized the immediate effect on the number of users would not change. Drug users are going to be drug users no matter the law. What has to be changed is the way society views the drugs. If society as a whole sees drugs in the same way you do then I believe the drug problem will disappear. The question is how? How, do we change the view of society?
The model solution I see is how cigarettes are treated in America. Cigarettes are highly taxed with the part of the revenue going for a very successful ad campaign detailing the effects of tobacco smoke. This ad campaign has been very effective in changing the way Americans view smoking and the numbers are dropping.
Legalizing drugs is not the perfect solution but it is the only one I see. What is being done now is simply not working.
I guess in short what I am saying is that I have seen the way the government is treating tobacco use (as addictive as herion) and the results are good. I have also seen the results of the war on drugs and it seems to be failing.

This is unacceptable for a couple of reasons. First beating your kids until they have welts is just wrong, very wrong. Two any adult male pulling down a 12 year old girls pants to spank her is verging on creeepy, I wonder if this guy is a perv. Highly inappropriate.

I agree with you that drugs are destructive and terrible. I am defiantly anti-drug; but, I am also pro-solution. What the government is doing at the moment is simply not working and is in itself destructive to peoples lives. I think an actual solution would be to legalize and control, and then treat it like the government treats tobacco. The campaign against tobacco in America is working, less and less people are smoking. Along with the legalization should come very strict laws limiting exactly where and when the stuff could be sold, advertised, and consumed. Not a perfect solution I know but a better one that the current I think.

Who needs scientific evidence? Here is the basic format for every raced based argument for, reparations, special privileges, and the legalized unequal treatment of other groups.
Step 1: State a historical fact of past race crimes, it doesnt matter how far back you go 400 years ago is as good as yesterday. Its okay to exaggerate but not necessary.
Step 2: Connect the fact with some problem that the minority group in question is dealing with today. No evidence needs to be made for the connection just act like A leads to B as a matter of course. If anyone questions this stare at them blankly and imply that they are a racist.
Step 3: Give a solution that will correct the racism of the past, the usually involves money, favored job status, things like that. In essence, a reverse form of Jim crow laws.
Example:
(Step 1) 150 years ago my family was slaves, (Step 2) this is why my car payment is late, (Step 3) give me money.
