why, it's the way it totally irritates people and really pushes their buttons...that is, if you are one of the unfortunate jehovah's witnesses who happens across my door during field service.
i have developed several techniques to make it very frustrating to the unwary witness who hopes to make headway at my house.

After all, if you have it right, and we have it wrong, we will all be taken care of in time. Sent to a burning place of torment forever and ever for our failure to see the righteous and just ways of the Catholic Church, correct?

If any of us put in that kind of work and were recognized as an "expert" and were at the very top of our game, we'd charge what the market would bear and not think twice about it.
in my old congregation there are two brothers (non related) who are in the early 30s.
they've never dated girls.
they're "best friends".
It makes you wonder if/when the WT powers will decide they need to "investigate" what exactly they think is going on.
the crime is ,condoning the removal of and shunning of jw children ,who when older want to express freedom of religion and attend another church.
god created family unit ,gb destroys lives on all levels of family tree.
can this be the unforgivable sin?.

ok not to throw no shade or no disrespect to the jw religion.
which i truly do respect because my girlfriend is part of but i just don't understand, i have researched so much about it.
so much about how its discouraged for her to be with me just cause of different religion.
Almost all ex JWs here. We all know its a cult and I can understand your frustration.
That being said, the almost universal advice given to people who come here looking for solutions to make it work is simply give it up and find a normal girl/guy. You won't want to hear it, because you are blinded by love, but in you are in for all kinds of headaches, disappointments, and in reality, massive pain and suffering if you insist on trying to force this relationship to work.
Much easier to break it off now and move on than later on.
i think as we become a more enlightened society in the future we will be able to.i think laws of this nature may be in the works in some countries right now perhaps not addressing the actual mind control issue in those terms but laws to protect its subject from those that use those tactics to harm their people through fraudulent means.
so i think the wt hope for financial survival in the information age is very slim.
look at what spain, russia, are already doing.. but they may just go under financially from way sooner because of multple lawsuits and loss of charity status in one country after another..
No. And I wouldn't want governments or the courts concerning themselves with nonsense like this anyway.

hi all, just wondering if there's anything going around about the elders receiving instruction from the society to give inactive ones and disfellowshipped ones one last chance to come back?
i ask because i have a still in family member that i received a message from, and urging me to go back.
the elders are apparently saying there is no time left.
One last chance before what, is the question. Before you really start shunning us? Sometimes I think these have to be the most delusional people walking the earth.
