It occurs to me that this video makes it impossible for the GB to pretend that they are not directly responsible for every decision made by every branch office around the globe.

Tommy is that he said in interview that he hoped at one point that should he be killed by extremists it would trigger action.
I have to ask for sources on this. When did Tommy R say he 'hoped' to be killed by extremists?
