  Serious Issue ....... that MUST be Addressed !!!!!

  this is such an important issue, more and more people are succumbing to what must be some viral outbreak wreaking havoc in the world.. i'm talking about unnecessary punctuation.. it's easy to become infected.

  you want to write something and add some emphasis so you add an exclamation mark to make it "important!

  Further to TGND's comment, we tend to use single quotation marks in the UK and save double for quotes within quotes.

  In the US, I can't think of any place where it is (in general) illegal to cover your face. It may look odd, but certainly isn't illegal in itself - Sir82

  It's not illegal in the UK either. However most banks, Post offices, filling stations etc do require helmets to be removed.

  Yes I heard the whole piece. I didn't say he failed to acknowledge where they are from. He went on to say that the thing they had in common was not race or culture but the fact that they were men. He tried to support this by pointing out that the ring-leader was Indian,

  In fact the one thing they have in common is that they come from cultures where treating unattached girls like whores is acceptable.
