I think there is a serious case to be made but having read and listened to a different versions of the 'mythical Jesus' theories I am unconvinced.
I think the deification of a real historical Jewish Rabbi is the more compelling explanation. There are some real problems with the idea that he was invented out of whole cloth.

How does methodological naturalism offer evidence against the idea that awareness is fundamental to matter?

You cry foul when I say that panpsychism claims that rocks are conscious but you then assert that rocks have 'awareness'.
From past experience you refuse to define 'awareness'.

Finding 1,000 doctors and engineers who are willing to resort to the 'god-of-the-gaps' is unremarkable. I'm surprised the Discovery Institute hasn't been able to find 10,000.
l recently went to watch green book , which l thought was excellent , it had everything , it took me though the whole range of emotions , from anger to joy , laughing then wanting to cry .
the quiet dignity of dr shirley mixed with volatile nature of tony lipp and seeing their emerging friendship was wonderful .
what really shook me was that these attitudes existed in my lifetime , not that long ago .

Mary Queen of Scots is worth watching as long as you view it as entertainment rather than history. There are plenty inaccuracies in the plot. I also enjoyed Vice. It is the story of Dick Cheney and his role in the Iraq war.
For me the best film of the last few years was Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri.

everybody says this race problem will be solved when the third world pours into every white country and only into white countries.. the netherlands and belgium are just as crowded as japan or taiwan, but nobody says japan or taiwan will solve this race problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.. everybody says the final solution to this race problem is for every white country and only white countries to “assimilate,” i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.. what if i said there was this race problem and this race problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into every black country and only into black countries?.

thousands of hours wasted singing those stupid songs and their stupid lyrics.. song 106 "watch how we walk and watch we talk.
i remember inserting different works in the lyrics to relive the boredom.
Hated all the song books after the pink one.
