  Protesting this man’s manner of death (and by extension other questionable deaths with little to no footage) is completely understandable - StillOut

  I totally agree. My point is NOT about justified protest against police violence. It is the uncritical way the entire world is lionising a deplorable human being.

  Quetzal - White people feel no desire to defend white criminals, neither do Asians or other communities.

  Black communities will fight to the death for black victims even if they are deplorable human beings. She is spot on.

  Her stats on black crime and deaths by cop interaction are very relevant.

  since learning real truths as opposed to the org's version of truth, has your view of the resurrection changed significantly?

  just one example - regardless of psalm 37:9,11,29: matthew 5:5 & revelation 21:3,4, do you now believe that our destination is heaven rather than earth?.

  My parents died from the corona virus

  both my 84 yr old jw father and my never my jw mother 82 with both together died from the the corona in 24 hours of each other.

  i can tell many fighting i have had here in the last 20 years.on this site .

  i juy hope they rest in peace.

  Sea Breeze - Humans have suffered for around 200,000 years and in all that time god has watched passively. Much of that suffering has been caused by decisions God made when he created the world - the natural world is perfectly designed to maximise the suffering of conscious creatures. Your answer sounds pathetically inadequate and detached from reality.

  Thanks. If I was still a believer I would have thanked god for a miracle and not wondered why he let me get ill in the first place or why he didn't heal others. He can't lose really.

  On the other hand I genuinely understand why believers find faith - and faith communities - to be a powerful ally.
