It has been many years since I even thought about biological evolution so I am way out of practice in debating the topic. I will have a look at the channel though.
Did you read Gruar's paper in full? It is not a difficult read and from what you have said so far you have either not red it at all or you are wilfully misrepresenting him.

No interpretation necessary. Contrast and compare.
1. Any Israelite or any alien living among you who hunts any animal or bird that may be eaten must drain out the blood and cover it with earth... anyone who eats it must be cut off.
2. If an animal that you are allowed to eat dies, anyone who ...
- touches the carcass ...
- eats some of the carcass ...
- picks up the carcass ...
... must wash his clothes and bathe with water and he will be ceremonially unclean till evening; then he will be clean.
Kill an animal and eat it unbled and YOU DIE!
Eat an unbled animal found already dead and YOU WILL HAVE A BATH!
