  I have presented 40 separate threads each containing hard evidence that support the fact of evolution. If you want to discuss any of them with questions or counter arguments in your own words feel free.

  You don't get to change the subject to any one of thousands of details I have not covered yet.

  So far you haven't even had the humility to read a single book that presents the scientific evidence for evolution. Your ignorance is a choice. I used to be where you are now. I thoroughly understand both sides of the question. You live in a self-imposed thought-bubble.

  Your loss. Evolution is a fact. Most sincere christians have no problem with that.

  Off the top of my head no I don't know the specific details of butterfly embryology. I'm not near a computer right now but why don't you do a search on Google Scholar and I guarantee you there will be a plethora of peer reviewed papers that explain the process at a genetic level.

  One of the problems is that you lack knowledge of the most basic science so describing complex stuff like evo devo is like explaining calculus to somebody who can't count to ten.

  I have been among of the most outspoken of anti-theists on the forum but even I am uncomfortable about this statement.

  Attack bad ideas but let's not have derision for people who find comfort or purpose in their belief systems.

  On the other hand we often see theists assert that it is not possible to have a meaningful life as an atheist. Our energies are better spent providing a positive response to this challenge.

  revip - NK do not yet have the capability to launch a nuclear missile at anybody. Reducing the size their bombs to make it possible to put on a rocket is a challenge they have yet to conquer.

  NK is an irrational cult. Hatred for the US is its central tenet of faith. Movies of the USA burning up in a nuclear conflagration are normal on state TV. It is a national mental illness. Imagine having a psychopath living next door to you who screams constantly about how much he wants to murder you and your family. ONce NK has a viable weapon it will effectively be living next door.

  I do think it will attack America if it can't be persuaded otherwise. NK is not Iran. Not even similar.

  It would be a difficult military challenge. NK has invested so heavily in weapons it could probably raze Seoul to rubble using conventional artillery. I think SK has a US supplied protection system similar to Israel but I'm not certain.

  The USA, the UK, France and Israel have shown that they can be trusted not to use nuclear bombs capriciously. I have far less trust in Pakistan and Russia.

  If NK succeeds in its ambitions to develop a viable nuclear missile there is a high likelihood that it will launch a nuclear attack on the west coast of the US.

  Unless NK responds to further pressure from China it may be only a matter of time before it is necessary to launch a preemptive strike. The death toll would be horrendous.

  The alternative might be the loss of a major American city.
