I grew up in Airdrie. I now live just south of the border.

Slimboyfat is over in the west somewhere and TheScotsman is somewhere around Edinburgh. I'm sure there are some more but I can't remember off the top of my head.

hello all, many years i have been lurking on this site.

gradually i’ve learned the real truth, gone from serving as a servant and at bethel to inactive for almost a year, barely ever wasting time going to meetings.

my family is large and very active and so is my wife’s so leaving altogether is difficult.. though it seems now that everything is about to change.

Education takes a long time and a LOT of effort.

Ridiculous YouTube videos made by narcissists don't count as research.

If you want to know stuff start reading proper science books. Come back in 5 or 10 years and share what you have learned. There are no shortcuts.

Conspiracy theorists want to feel like they know more than all the combined human knowledge without the effort of reading a single book.

Yeah I remember all the youth and child programmes when I was in church. It looked good but behind it all was the desire to indoctrinate impressionable minds with religious superstitions.
