  a high court judge has ruled that doctors can give a sick five-year-old girl from a jehovah’s witness family a blood transfusion.. the little girl’s parents said their religious beliefs would not allow them to consent to a blood transfusion.. but they said they would not object to a judge making the decision.. mr justice hayden was told that the little girl was in a “grave” situation and could die or suffer a stroke if she did not have a transfusion.. the judge analysed evidence at a public hearing in the family division of the high court (pictured) in london on wednesday after hospital bosses asked him to make a decision as a matter of urgency.. he said bosses at the leeds teaching hospitals nhs trust had responsibility for the girl’s care and had made the application.. he said the girl was being treated at leeds children’s hospital.. the judge heard evidence via a telephone link to the hospital.. a specialist told mr justice hayden that the little girl was suffering from sickle cell disease, an inherited blood disorder, and that her condition had deteriorated.. .

  in the old testament, god was always full of anger and jealousy resulting in the murder of millions of people.

  we’re told jesus perfectly reflects his fathers qualities.

  why in the new testament does jesus show no hint of anger and jealousy and wanting to kill people?

  Do You Have A Negative Outlook Because You Were Once A JW?

  it could be argued that exjws have issues in life simply because they were jehovah’s witnesses at a point in their lives.

  .

  do you think you or we are fairly normal considering we were jehovah’s witnesses or do you think we have a lot of baggage because we are a bit messed up ( even if we don’t even know it)?.

  As an ex JW there often remains the bad habit of being on the look out for the bad or for evidence that things are getting worse

  A feeling of angst is the sine qua non of all committed JWs.

  The question is whether that is created by the cult or does it just exploit people who already have that personality type?

  i'm all for people being entitled to wear what they want and live as they please as long as they're not harming anyone but - a male prom queen?

  maybe there wasn't much competition in his school?.

  Nathan. My main problem is not with your style of presentation - although that is a major issue - it is with your sensationalist claims.

  You constantly misrepresent facts. It leaves people like us who detest the cult having to defend it from your illogical tirades.

  The fuss you are making about whether it is a religion or a business is one glaring example.

  Always present your arguments in a way that your opponent cannot correct any of your facts.

  in july of 1969, i was 16 years old and was pretty excited by the prospect that the us would shortly land a man on the moon.

  however, i remember, vividly and older brother at the time confidently stating that man would never walk on the moon, quoting psalms 115 - "as for the heavens, they belong to jehovah.

  but the earth he has given to the sons of man.

  STOP treating Watchtower Bible & Tract SOCIETY as a RELIGION

  ➡️ please use and demonstrate this if you are involved in any legal action, it's not about religious rights and freedom, this is where they are 'fooling' their followers and authorities❗️

  ➡️ the purpose of disfellowshipping, disassociating and shunning are 'legalistic and pharisaical tricks' to 'name and shame' anyone asking (the right) questions about it's biblical teachings (aka) doctrines, (abuse) policies and the real truth about the 'truth' (aka apostate)❗️
