  CJ - It's not a binary conversation.

  I agree with you that racism must be challenged. I also think that GF was a horrible human being who was being universally lionised in the media. I admired Cadance Owen's courage in bringing some balance.

  in many closed religious cults, sects or globally widely spread religions, sexual abuse on big scale is revealed and covered up by the religious authorities.

  in the jw, the culture is to deal with these matters within the org itself, and the rule is, "no crime can be proven without the presentation of at least two witnesses".

  men made the rules, men commit these crimes and men defend them and even forse these children to meet and talk to their abusers.

  In the UK every police shooting results automatically in a full, open and transparent investigation by the Independant office for police conduct (IOPC).

  The officer will have legal representation and be required to show that his/her actions were justified.

  Quetzal - White people feel no desire to defend white criminals, neither do Asians or other communities.

  Black communities will fight to the death for black victims even if they are deplorable human beings. She is spot on.

  Her stats on black crime and deaths by cop interaction are very relevant.
