i have to say that i have no place in my heart for god (but i do appreciate the concept of a creator) and that prayer is impossible.
i have felt guilty about that for so many years.

Of course your welcome, most of us are pretty open minded especially after being subject to the restrictive mind control of the Borg, so feel free to say what’s on your mind.
Personally my beliefs are in a state of flux, ranging from Christian to Pagan and I love to hear people’s different viewpoints.

recently there have been news reports of teenagers killing themselves because they couldn't take being bullied any longer.. i hate bullies.
i would feel horrible if my grandkids ever got bullied.. have you ever put a bully in his or her place?.
I was bullied at primary school for years, but didn't retaliate like a good Christian until I couldn't take anymore and slapped her round the face. After that she never bullied me again.
I was later bullied by my manager at work and so I made good friends with her boss and she left me alone after that.

i'll soon have enough space in my book case for the harry potter books and a collection of stephen king..
We put all our books in the loft as I didn't want anyone else to have the misfortune to read them. Will burn at an appropriate time like Beltane or Bonfire Night.
Now have lots more room for DVDs hurray!

Cantleave that was so funny, we were lucky last year I was ill so we didn't go to Morbidal.

what's the latest on beards in jw society?
i'm 2 weeks into a beard and just got to wondering about it.
I always thought the beard rule was stupid, my hubby has had a beard as long as I have known him and keeps it very neat and tidy and I would have hated him having to shave it off.
When we were active he still had some Congo privileges, but I expect he would never have been appointed to MS with it not that he cared.
However back in the late 80’s early 90's we had a lovely brother join the Congo who had a beard and he was hounded because of it. I always felt sorry for him and his wife he had been an elder for many years previously and was one of the few good guys, but our loving brothers were so cruel it sent him crazy and all over a beard.
is it such a bad thing to have sex before marriage?.
