Yeah, but this 50's crooner stuff is great!! I agree, though, Dio in Sabbath IMO was a better band. Though there early stuff w/ ozzy is innovative and "fresh" at the time, all the band had become better musicians, and Dio, unlike Ozzy, is a mult-instrumentalist, and a better than proficient songwriter. So, Sabbath just ahd more weapons in it's arsenal.

Mickey Rourke's Comeback
by Preston ini read on drudge that the film "the wrestler" in which mickey rourke stars is getting a lot of good buzz and won the top award for best film.
i hope his comeback is marked by more good films than bad ones.
he is in fact an underrated actor.. .

The "comeback" IMO happened 3 yrs. ago with sin city. His performance in that was stellar, especially under all that makeup.

Finally given in - going to have counselling!
by dobbie inwent to the docs today, have finally accepted that i need help getting over (or accepting) some of the huge guilt i have for things in the past.
i persuaded hubby to have it last yr and it has helped him so much that i am going to try it.
am very nervous as not one to talk about things with strangers but if it gets good results and makes me (and then my family) happy then it is worth it.

I had several months of counseling after a nasty break up with the mother of my child. It helped immensely. I highly recommend it.
