Once again, that only counts if you define "Jehovah's Witness" as someone who is a baptized member of the WTS. By definition, that phrase encompasses all christianity, and Judaism and Islam, for that matter.

Dangit, my post did'nt show up.When you are df'd they say that "so-and-so is no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses." Break down the definition of those two words and essentially they are saying that you don't "witness" God, perhaps don't even believe. How do they quantify that? IMHO, it's slander and defamation.

Profiling happens. Alot. When I was young, and I was pulled over in my Maserati, my Inuit friend driving, first thing outta the cops mouth "No mex...no-one your age should be driving this car". I was pulled over every week in my VW bus (NO Grateful dead stickers, either). After 9-11, EVERY time I flew (I look kinda middle eastern) I was "randomly" pulled out for a search. Whether I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt or a suit and tie. I'm a wedding minister, and when my hair was down to the middle of my back, when I went to file paperwork @ the county clerk, I'd get "And you are...." "The minister!" I'd reply.."Yeah, right! Let's see your credentials!" Never having been asked, before or since with short hair. Profiling happens. And it's frustrating. It sucks. I learned not to lip off to cops the second or third time they dribbled my head on the pavement, but I've wanted too. And probably would if I were black and it happened more. Personally, I think the incident w/ the NFL player a few mo. back, w/ his MIL dying in the hospital was far more egregious, yet got half the coverage.
