Micheal Jackson....in trouble!

the la district attorney says since the "abuse" ocurred out of our jurisdiction that they cannot file criminal charges (hopefully germany will) against micheal jackson.he does say however that they are working on a way to .
(.now this is second hand info..i'm looking for an article on this ) to take the child or children away from him.. did you see the footage of him taking the kids to the zoo yesterday.he had burkas on them.what is this guy thinking?

LDH, that's why I said probably, & yes I'm going to backpedal a bit. I agree, & have been using many of your arguments for a long time, & was being possibly just a teensy bit inflammatory to make my point that it is not a big deal, there are greater abuses, people are getting hurt all the time & focusing on an incident w/ one washed up celebrity where no one got hurt is ridiculous.

My dad used to dangle me off cliffs, balconies off canyons, etc. so I could see better. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is he paid several mil. in hush money! HE PROBABLY MOLESTS LITTLE BOYS, & WE'RE WORRYING ABOUT A BALCONY?

i've been looking after a young man, raised as a jw, who is being involuntarily treated after being found sacrificing animals to jehovah to hasten "the end" and kill all of the worldly people.
he had tied up a dog and machetyed it, though it wasn't dead by the time the police were called about the noise.. good work watchtower - we really need ya.. paduan .

A paduan, I work w/ Severely emotionally disturbed kids, 60 hrs. a week, & though their hearts seem to be in the right place, & he may have a chemical imbalance, this sounds like the result of severe abuse to me. No, the jw's don't tacitly condone animal cruelty. THey may even condemn it. But when was the last time you heard of someone df'd for beating the living sh&t out of their kids? Neglect? Parents using the cop out of "He does'nt love Jehovah" to avoid really dealing w/ the childs deep seated emotional problems is another one I've seen, even when a child is 9 yrs. old!! Look up the stats on fundamentalist religion & SEVERE child abuse, (not just spanking) Yes, stats can lie, but when children are given no recourse in an abusive family but to talk to untrained, often biased & bigoted elders........It really does'nt help in the same way others are allowed various Psychiatric options & foster care. THINK people, of course they don't "condone" animal sacrifice, that would look bad. THey condone child sacrifice, as is demonstrated by their willingness to spiritullay "kill" there own offspring, often times to absolve guilt @ there own shortcomings!

they don't seem to like this, & they always turn around & leave, to which i usually yell, hey guys, where you goin?

Dia, the term refers to the JW's calling apostates the "evil slave", sort of the anti-fds. As in "Mommy, who are those guys outside the convention w/ the big signs, and why are they yelling a lot?" "That's the evil slave dear, don't even look at them or you might get deminized!"

New borns...
by Brummie inanyone heard if kenpodragon's wife has had the baby yet?
while on the topic....this might sound a bit soppy from a guy but when my 2 sons where born i used to sit for hours and just stare in awe at their little face and occasionally (gentley) pinch their ear to make them respond....scuse me while i'm having a goofy moment.
one night after sitting up for hours on end to get them drinking a mere 2ounze i fell asleep exhusted and woke up realising i was holding the bottle in my sons shut eye, both his shut eyes were filled with milk and it was dripping down the side of his face...guilt lol!

In shock.
by lulu inlast night(tuesday) an announcement was made in our congregation that my husband and i had disassociated ourselves.
we did no such thing(for personal reasons) nor was any document whatsoever given to the local elders or anyone else.
nevertheless, that is what happened, apparently no letter of resignation is required.
