Yes they are wrong. But let go of the BLAME.
Cheers!

i was abused by my father growing up.
physically and emotionally.. as a entered my adult life i had next to no self esteem, in part because he didn't really attempt to help me get some because i didn't chose the career path that he dreamed for me.. 2 years ago i forgave him.
i let go of the anger that i had for him because i knew that when it was all said and done, he did what he did and i believe that he did his best.

Eventually they grow up and while their parent may not be sorry for anything they did, they decide to "forgive" them so tha they can move on with their life.
Many a time one needs to forgive a parent after they have died.

since you've been fingered as a troll i though i would give you a forum to tell us your story.. perhaps you could include details such as why you come to this site, how you found your way here, why you post, what cong your in, whether or not you are currently serving in some capacity.. anything you think would help us know you better.
My choices: Ignore all the facts, and pretend to be an Athiest, stay ignorant as a Catholic, or another church, hope to keep my faith strong by just reading the Bible & prayer on my own....or obey Christ in preaching the Good News of the Kingdom in a basically wonderful Brotherhood, run by brothers thinking WAY too much of themselves, as Jesus' Apostles used to. As Kings in Israel used to.
It's perfectly logical for this list to be your ONLY choices no?

Well, sab- you're either dense- or new here...
You use a lot of words but don't say a lot.
I would suggest reversing that, which I have seen a little in this thread.

That would be pitiable, except for the millions of lives they are controlling and bringing to ruin in the process.
Which is why forgiving the WT does not mean you have to cease your part in the Information Revolution.

Without the wise heart of forgiveness we carry the burdens of the past our whole life.
I think this is a human truth. And a double edged sword at that.

luke 17: 26-35: 26"just as it was in the days of noah, so also will it be in the days of the son of man.
27people were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day noah entered the ark.
then the flood came and destroyed them all.. 28"it was the same in the days of lot.
God's gonna wait for us all to forget about the Bible and then...
BAM!
The ol' fork in the eye!

Or, He could arrive three hours from now.
Of course he *could* nevermind it's been 2000 years...
The caller in your anaolgy has a SET TIME FRAME for when he will arrive... you can't tell me it's the same thing as Christ's Coming?

Leolaia, thanks for that.
I think it's apparent that Good and Evil are manufactured concepts, when really our conduct is always somewhere in between.
We are creatures of habit and predictability so any "grey areas" are often found very threatening.

One HOPES that Noah preached that God was gonna make everyone surfers and not that he kept it to himself.
How much of each day would have had to devote to the building of the Ark with his technology (what, like different shaped rocks?) when it took 40 years to complete.
How much time would he have for WARNING THE WHOLE WORLD of it's impending doom?
