  The 2 Witness policy is so they will not be sued for defamation of character of the PERPITRATOR!!

  It is so criminal it is unbelievable!

  An Old Time Pioneer Brother who had been in The Truth for well over 35 years at the time told me this years ago.

  i went home for supper and the wife was there, supper done, looking at her wrist.

  i saw a red mark, i pressed her about it.

  As always your family is in my prayers.

  I am hoping what ever is deep inside your wife trying to come out surfaces so your wife can heal and your family too.

  Often when people have repressed memories or things they feel they cannot share suicidal thoughts are what they entertain most.

  Feelings of unworthiness of anything good are what an abused soul cultivates.

  Hopefully what ever torments your wife will come forward in her therapy then she can heal and second you both can heal together.

  I am trying to figure out why stuff like this wasnt /isnt BIG news! I mean like Front Line or even 10:00 news on all the major T.V. stations!

  I never even heard of this case! Could someone please fill me in on what happened?

  How come this stuff isnt front page of The Tribune or something??

  Now I hear about different peoples stories and they happened b4 I was baptized!

  I could have been saved the heartache and touchier of this cult.

  How can they get away with so much?

  We hear all the flaws of The Catholic Church who at least has charities anyone can receive and give their members freedom of choice in their lives. You never hear of a Catholic shunning their family.

  So if we hear so much about them why is it The WTBS doesnt get smeared big time on the news and in the papers?

  I am so incensed!

  ok so last week i gave a little of the action my brother and i gave the elders in bruckner cong in the bronx... and the p.o made an appointment to talk today at 12:30 p.m. at my house ... so guess what they never showed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  but the phone book is a great thing and we found him check this .his name is howard stern???????

  so we beat him for not phoning or droppping off a note that they couldn,t make it ,as we were wasted the beautiful day in waiting,.... this is mike talking well you can guess i got poor howard on the phone what a joke an the co now these people are appointed by the holy spirt that a joke ha ha lol these people dont know there ass from there elbow this guy was in the watchtower 4 30 year and is still in the dark well i told him obout the wt inthe bomb bussisness he told me i was lieing but i told him to come with me to wall street an the un scandel as we all live in nyc myb brother was willing to pay theres day pay and take them in a limo to wall street to prove what i was saying was true you can guess even with the promise of a days pay and a 50$ steak each win or lose at the best steak house house in nyc they stilled called me a lair!!!!!!!!!

  I understand what you are saying.

  It was a very exciting day for you even if you were stood up.

  Since you found his phone # in the book you must also have his address.

  You could gather all the evidence possible and mail it to your co and even your po.

  Although, your offer of a limo ride and steak may seem appealing to you I think the idea of being trapped with a disgruntled ex-jw was not their idea of a good time.

  Still I understand the excitement in your presentation.

  You said, IF ANY X JW here don't like the way I F--K them toooooooo!!!!!!!bad freedom in CHRIST.....

  Its not that I didnt like the way you F---K them or anything but, I think before you go ballistic next time you could try a little foreplay. Get them in the mood 1 st with some sweet words and maybe a few caresses before banging them with all you got!

  This way maybe youll have willing partners and not send them running even before dinner.

  Just my 2 cents....and if you dont like my way of telling you....well,...toooooo!!!!! Bad, Freedom in CHRIST

  Charity and the WTBTS?

  the society appears to sit on assets worth millions but does anyone know if they ever give money away in the form of unconditional charity from their own coffers?.

  i know for instance that the south african branch has sent relief aid to other parts of africa and the german branch has sent aid to eastern europe but can anyone say exactly where the money came from?

  was it raised by special appeals to the congregations, thus not having coming directly from their own precious central funds?.

  When I was a JW my understanding is there is a relief fund.

  Only money specifically donated to The Relief work is used. I was instructed to specify on my check and in the letter accompanying my donating was to what it was for or the money I sent would go directly to the World Wide Preaching Work.

  I know this because I used to have garage sales for The Relief Fund.

  Sometimes other sisters even donated items for me to sell but, never did they sit there all day with me in the hot sun waiting for that next Garage Sale Junkie to stop in! I was always doing this particular task by myself.

  Still I thought it was great how much stuff they donated!

  One year I had to have 5 separate sales to get rid of it all and still had surplus items to spread around to anyone who needed anything locally.

  Anyway thats how The Society handles things. You must state clearly on your donation what it is for.....Building Projects.....World Wide Work...Relief Work....Assemblies and Conventions.....etc.

  My 2 cents.

  a jw patient will probably die during surgery if she does not accept blood.

  to the best of my knowledge the hlc is not aware of her presence in hospital, and her non-jw family wants to know what she can have.. how does the family get in touch with the hlc in the area?

  I think we can unpost the medical directive now as the sister will be able to use her own Canadian one. Very cool!
