roger watters was suppose to come to the island but canceled it, instead we got james blunt...i guy that was raised in the island until the age of 10 and speaks the greek-cypriot dialect...but he is soft.... any way keep on rocking.... .

My ex (JW) wants me to set up playdates for son with JW's!!!

let me preface my story by stating that my ex put me through a 3 year long divorce (complete with private investigators and psychological evaluations) and 4 more years of custody battles until i ran out of money and had to concede and give our son over to him.. my ex called me about my summer parenting time coming up soon and wants to drive our son to my home town which is now in a different state then he is in.

then he asked me for a couple days of my parenting time so he could take our son to the local congregation and set up some playdates with witness kids!

i have been df'd for 8 years, never been back to meetings and my husband is in the military....we celebrate holidays!

My answer would not only be no, but hell no. He's your child too..it's your time to spend with him. I would never let him decide how you should spend your time with your son, just like you don't tell the dad how to spend his time with his son.

Being in the competition wasn't easy for her as she takes all the pressure and frustrations to one person which must be one of her most controversial moments. She placed 4th in America's Next Top Model and she goes back in her normal life.

Oh no..I didn't get away with anything. I had to set as an example for the other's.

Nothing special...no extra activities, even some JW's were off limits because they were weak.

I remember the Kleenex on the head. It was when a sister had to preside over the field service meeting.

When the sisters were coming to study with me () I tried to get my husband to sit in on a study so see if they'd cover their heads. He didn't want to play along.

Do you condemn the Society's no-blood policy and still do not DONATE BLOOD?

it would be as wrong of this community to insist everyone donate blood as it is of the cult to insist otherwise.

I've never donated blood, it grosses me out for some reason. My husband does twice a year they have a blood drive at his work. He actually looks forward to it.

On a side note...My granddaughter's dad was a regular plasma doner, he went twice a week and received money for donating plasma.

When he'd go in the first thing they do is ask him "have you received any new tattoos or piercings in the past year?"

He said no....they rolled up his sleeve and there was clearly a new tattoo. The staff called the police he was escorded off the property, and given a restraining order not to ever come back on or he'd be arrested.

**************What if the tattoo had of been somewhere besides his arm? They would have never known*************
