My wife isn't like this anymore...but that was the one that hurt. Even after 9 years of marriage, because I have problems with a publishing corporation, we all of a sudden have nothing in common. Fortunately we have gotten past a lot of this.

You simply cannot make a broad statement and say that JWs are the "worst" organization. There are thousands of negative organizations. We talk about Jehovah's Witnesses, because we have been personally affected by them. You cannot forget about other negative "Christian" groups. For example look at Westboro Baptist church. They are EXTREMELY destructive. Look at extremist islamic religions. There are other cults that exist in this country that are even MORE dangerous than the Watchtower.
So we should exagerate the dangers of the Watchtower. At the same time, it IS dangerous. We should warn people. But if we think that it is the all time worst organizaton to ever exist, that may tempt us to justify sensationalist claims about the Watchtower.

All religiouse organisations see themselfs as better than other religiouse organisations.
I used to think the same. But that just is not the case. There are many churches that recognize that they are only one piece of the entire body of Christ. This is most common in many non-denominational churches. But there are many others that realize that they cannot call themselves "better" than others.
A prime example is Grace to You church in California who is pastored by John Macarthur. He frequently comments on the fact that while he may disagree with doctrines of other churches, that doesn't make any of them less or more saved. For example he is a cessationist. But one of the things that I appreciated on his discourse about why he think spiritual gifts have ceased is that he said that we are not to judge others that believe in these gifts. They are no less saved than any other Christian.
Balance is the name of the game. Select a church to go to where you can fellowship with other Christians and where you can agree with the majority of the messages that are delivered there. No church will have a completely 100% right message. But the point is to fellowship and strengthen yourself and others spiritually. I have not been able to do this yet, but I hope to one day.
i've noticed quite a few dissidents of jehovah's organization that have left with some fixation on jehovah's witnesses concept of new light.

This is the same mind control technique used by the Watchtower. Anyone that has not pledged alliegence to the Watchtower is called a dissident, apostate, opposer, or some other negative word.
Alice, you always say things like "I don't have a problem with it" as if that is supposed to make others say, "OHHHHH...she doesn't have a problem with it, so I shouldn't either." But you also don't have a problem with name calling. You don't have a problem with saying that everyone that is not a Jehovah's Witness (including children) will be destroyed at Armageddon. Your reasoning and thinking skills are so extremely shallow that to say that you don't have a problem with it automatically makes me think, "Then I SHOULD have a problem with it."
The TRUE dissidents of God is the Watchtower organization. THEY are they true apostates. They are the ones that have usurrped Jesus role in Christianity and given it to themselves by saying that you must come to the organization for salvation. THEY are the ones that changed the need to be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to being baptized in the name of god's spirit directed organization.

I am sure Jehovah knows what I am doing but I don't think He considers this a disfellowshipping offense. I don't think that God considers it is a sin for me to express my thoughts in writting.

YES! I have found something better. His name is Jesus. You know...the guy that the Watchtower may mention in passing? HE is the truth. HE is the way. And HE is the life. Not YOUR truth. Your truth is the Watchtower organization.
Your talk about how everyone that leaves does not find anything better is only based on what the Watchtower tells you is the result of those that leave. It really isn't. I have never felt closer to God than I have outside of the Watchtower.

Alice, actually the best help that I've ever gotten has come from people that were never JWs. Proclaiming the Watchtower of being a dangerous organization is not unique to exJWs. Bascially most people that sit down and actually research and investigate the Watchtower will come away with the same thinking.
That is one reason why the number of people coming into Babylon the Great...ahem...uh the Watchtower society, are declining. In fact the growth in numbers is mainly due to children of JW parents that get baptized.
