well, i remeber i had to, wel lhonestly, i didn't listen to music too much when i was younger, just on the radio, and i had no choice ( i didn't have a computer then and i was about 11 at that time) so we got a computwer when i was about 13 (i am currently 15..wow..i make myself sound old lol.
) and i remeber i was listemning to 3 6 mafia (a huge mistake) and my mom liked the instrumental.beat of the song, but i was playing it soo loud, she even heard the lyrics, and she told me to switch it to another song..so i did..i switched to cascada's everytime we touch..o_o.. .
My Mom blacked out Marilyn Manson's name and song on my compliation CD with a black marker. I guess that made it safe?
I remember being at a CA and they condemned listening to any band that had the word "gun" in it...even if paired with the name of a flower to make it sound nice. I was like....ooooooohhhhhh Guns N' Roses....my Dad has that CD. He didn't get rid of it.

I'm too scared! I gotta work up the guts though. Last time I told them it wasn't a convenient time to talk and when they asked to talk to my husband I told them he was too busy as well.
They were snooping in my door which was a bit odd. I guess I have to remember that they have no power over me unless I let them.

I would have hated being out doing my yardwork. Now I know how people feel when JWs ambush them when they're outside working.
I need to get the guts to tell them to leave us alone...I wonder if they'd bother listening to me or insist that they needed to speak to my husband?

my wife and kid want to do christmas but i don't.
i am not against it but i have no reason to celebrate the holiday.
i'll get the kid some presents, and maybe my wife, but is that alone really "celebrating christmas?
I remember celebrating Christmas when I was 3, before we became witnesses. It was about family, feasting, and getting presents. I always loved Christmas trees and the decorations. They're so cozy and beautiful. What is your wife and child's idea of Christmas? Maybe it's just presents and a nice family dinner? Or maybe you could get a small tree for them to decorate together. And make gingerbread houses!
