    BTW- I contact and whistle-blower network with an average of +150,reporters,authors,legal teams a month on Watchtower abuse and corruption.

    Candace Conti's Sur-Reply is Very Effective

    at oral argument on august 13th, the court requested additional briefing from candace regarding the punitive damages being contested by watchtower.

    from the case law cited in the brief it is demonstrated that the award of punitive damages is on solid legal ground.

    although the court had until august 25 to render its decision as to whether the present judgment will be altered and watchtower granted a new trial, the court docket indicates that the court has entered an order already.

    in humans, bone marrow in large bones produces new blood cells.. it is the engine room of our vascular system producing and releasing red cells, white cells, plasma and platelets into our blood stream.. funnily enough, marrow was not excluded from the hebrew diet even though it contained the blood cells :.

    Conclusion ? That the reason for the dietry prohibition was just as the Insight Book states - the respect for the life taken, not any "sanctity " of the substance of blood itself, just as their critics have been telling them for years, and in transfusons NO life is taken to get the blood.

    What is the definition of a sur-reply?

    ANS-A legal document such as a motion is filed by one side (filing party) requesting the court to enter an order such as to summarily dismiss the case. The other side (responding party) responds to the motion. The filing party then replies to the responding party's response. Some courts allow the responding party to then file a sur-reply to the filing party's reply to the responding party's response.
