  Gated Communities in Puerto Rico now required to have a Security Guard and special entrance for Jehovah's Witnesses

  as some of you may recall, on february 11, 2011 the united states court of appeals ruled that most gated communities in puerto rico violated the constitutional rights of jehovahs witnesses by not allowing them unobstructed access to homes and thereby thwarting their right to worship freely.

  not sure how the watchtower was able to fool the us court of appeals, but there you have it... the next step in this judicial process is to determine how this needed to happen.. to that end, the us court of appeals has recently ruled that those gated communities in puerto rico that didnt have security guards (i.e.

  : have a tele-entry key pad instead) were to hire at least one security guard who would be positioned at the entrance for the purpose of allowing jehovahs witnesses free access to the community.

  In ten years of watching the news streams and systematic web searches I have found no cases of Jehovah's Witnesses charged with trespassing/harassment?

  There may be cases but no major media events,if I have missed them please point them out.

  What we need is precedents of JW being arrested/tried/convicted of trespassing harassment.

  JW are like bad weather everybody talks about it,no action is taken.The Police seek guidance from town attorneys and told to back off.

  There was a LOT of tension with police and citizens fed up with JW 20 years ago when I was doing it, and it is just a matter of time before somebody goes ballistic on them.We EXJW's especially have legal grounds not to be harassed,especially if you are dis-FELLOWSHIPED this is all the more compelling case against them not to be cold-calling.

  Any news of JW prosecuted for door to door harassment would be big news,and start the ball rolling.Once they are handicapped from going door to door the Watchtower lose this control mechanism this is the goal.The Watchtower cult has their dirty tricks of using minor children or sister senile & elderly as a human shield in difficult spots.This makes it harder to call the cops on them,so we would have to be prepared to point out to the police & courts that their congregation uses 'mentally challenged as defiant trespassers'.

  They ARE door to door scammers,they always say that,'we are here to encourage Bible reading and a hope for the future' this is a LIE they are there to recruit for their destructive cult and have a counterfeit Gospel of Jesus return in 1914.They do not deserve any breaks.

  As an impressionable child I was phobic indoctrinated with doomsday preparations about the Watchtowers coming 'warning work'. That we would some day 'soon' be required by Jehovah our God to go door to door and declare to every home with a judgemental proclamation ,'that every man,woman,child is about to die horribly' and the only salvation is the JW who are no longer allowing anyone into their 'ark of salvation'. This very inflammatory hate message would incite jealous non believers to 'attack God's anointed' and provoke his wrath to bring about Armageddon with only JW who were obedient and trusting in Jehovah permitted to survive.   Fired for Leaving Jehovah's Witness Church

  
  (CN) - A Kansas woman says in Federal Court that her boss called her a "filthy fornicator" and threatened, "I will strip you naked and make you dance for the men in the shop," after she quit being a Jehovah's Witness.
  Amanda Qualls worked for Franchise Strategies as a bookkeeper until she was fired on Sept. 3, 2010, according to the complaint.
  Qualls says company president Stanley Stover hired her after they met at the Jehovah's Witness church in Kingman, Kan.
  Stover made it clear that membership to the Kingdom Hall was a requirement for employment, according to the complaint.
  Qualls claims that Stover was considering promoting her until she stopped coming to his church in March 2010. At that point, Stover, a church elder, told Qualls she would be "disfellowshipped" if she didn't start going to church and marry her fiance, the complaint states.

  "Also in March, Stover repeatedly called her a 'filthy fornicator' and told her that she needed to keep her pants on," Qualls says. "The following month, Stover's treatment became more and more outrageous. At one point he told her that if she didn't get a job done on time, 'I will strip you naked and make you dance for the men in the shop.'"
  "On August 11, 2010, Stover told Ms. Qualls that his wife was getting upset with him for playing inappropriately with his foster daughters. As a result of this information, the plaintiff's fiance reported Stover to Child Protective Services on September 1, 2010.
  Ms. Qualls was fired two days later on September 3, 2010." Qualls seeks damages for discrimination. She is represented by Randall Rathbun of Depew Gillen Rathbun in Wichita

  since my interview with dr. joy fridey of the red cross, it was revealed to me that there is no medical definition for the term "bloodless," "bloodless medicine," or "bloodless surgery.

  " basically, every doctor and every patient has their own idea of what constitutes "bloodless.

  " but according to dr. fridey, there is no definition of bloodless medically speaking.. one thng for sure, for those doctors who actually use this term or for the watchtower society who has probably introduced this expression into the consciousness of society and the medical profession, bloodless does not ever mean... bloodless..   this is 2012 and i am a younger 'baby boomer' born 1957 so i am 55 years old.... in another 20 or 30 years tops i have this destiny along with every human being including millions of devout jehovah's witnesses.. there is no watchtower 'new system paradise' you will grow old and die.if there really is an apocalyptic event of armageddon jesus christ advent,it only means that the watchtower organization will be swept away along with all other false religion..

  They won't keep their kids! Jehovah's Witnesses have the HIGHEST turnover rate (called masked churn) and loss of their young ones than any religion.The Amish do better.

  Every generation is the same cycle or re-cycle babies born "will never start first grade" Children that then start first grade "will never get old enough to be difficult teenagers".......

  I can remember 25 years ago,like yesterday me leading the group in service and commenting "how blessed we are that we don't have to worry about long term health care including dental care because the 'new system' will deliver us from the pangs of old age.This is Homicide CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE on the part of the Watchtower cult for misleading their followers.

  I am now paying for my lack of JW vigorous dental care and am fortunate I still can salvage my teeth at great expense.The wicked Watchtower will say I and others (the 'others' were every Jehovah's Witness that I knew) went 'ahead of Jehovah's organization' and were 'presumptuous.

  What a wicked cult other religions don't scam their sheep on the grand scale of the Watchtower.
