In 1989 the congregation secretary of the Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses Rockland Massachusetts G.M. received a letter from Bethel which contents was disclosed to me by his elder son in Law Ma*rk .Hen****on.
It said for the elders to be careful what they say because the (quote) "society was being bombarded with lawsuits" (unquote) this proves to me the the frigging lawyers have been running the show for some time now and that they KNEW that they are culpable and saw the impending litigation coming at them.

Within 6 months of my dfing in 1992 I acquired a sky-tell pocket pager with a toll free 800 number,these were not easy to get I paid extra for it.
I made sure my family that was still in limited communication with me know my 800 number (before I became dirty little 'apostate' and total shunning) .
Once the Internet and cell phones came into use they had my multiple public emails if you just googled my name.
NO EXCUSE for that level of degraded shunning.My own beloved baby sister will LIE to the general public and say that they shun me because I am crazy nut case and NOT becase of religion but that is just to protect mother.

(CBS/AP) PHILADELPHIA - Monsignor William Lynn, a Roman Catholic church official, has been convicted of child endangerment but acquitted of conspiracy in a groundbreaking clergy-abuse trial in Philadelphia.
Lynn is the first U.S. church official convicted of a crime for how he handled sex-abuse accusations.
Lynn has been on leave from the church since his arrest last year. The criminal case stems from his long stint as secretary for clergy from 1992 to 2004, mostly under the late Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua.
Defense lawyers say he tried to document the claims, get priests into treatment and alert his bishop to problem priests. Lynn says the cardinal was the ultimate authority on what happened to the priests.Prosecutors argue that he could have called police or quit the job if efforts to help victims were being stymied.
