  Going to Burning Man?

  any list members going to burning man (burningman.com) the week of august 26th?

  i will be camping at the vw bus camp, which this year is real close to center camp!.

  next year, we should apply for our own apostate camp and offer cult de-programming!.

  ex-jw's are a bunch of $&^%& style posters, all seam to have one thing in common.. they never stick around for a proper debate.. just fire away some accusations, and leave.. gets on my nerves.. why wont witnesses stay and make their point against reasoned arguments?.

  in a certain circuit, all elders are jerks.. 1/2 of all the ministerial servants are also jerks.. 1/2 of all the jerks in that circuit are elders.. there are 40 elders are 46 ministerial servants.. no elder is a ministerial servant.. 1/2 of the number of jerks who are not elders or ministerial servants are pedophiles.. how many pedophiles are there in that circuit?.

  Excellent case study Farkel. I think as JW's we wanted everything explained, and it all should fit in a nice package. But the reality is we cant explain everything...we don't have enough information. Drawing conclusions on 'what farkel must have meant' was reminescent of the WTBS drawing conclusions on what bible writers must have meant. However, does that mean that we can't learn from the bible?

  Compare Farkels riddle to the bible:

  Are there pedofiles? YES
  How many? Not exactly sure

  Is there a god? YES
  Is he a trinity? Not exactly sure

  The big question is, does it matter? Not really, we know there is a god, we know he wants us to treat others with love. The exact manner and fashion, I think, has purposely been left up to us.

  Interesting posts y'all. Started to make me wonder...how many xjdubs smoke pot? How many didn't ever try it until they were exdubs? Hmmm, I never touched the stuff till I was out. Is it helpfull in the treating of post traumatic stress related to having been a dub?
