  They've been counterfeiting for over a hundred years! What's the harm???

  did you ever take the time to sit down and figure out why a counterfeit hundred dollar bill is a bad thing?.

  you might reply quickly, "well, duh--you'll spend 20 years in the penitentiary if they catch you doing it!".

  as if "getting caught" is the problem............. it isn't.. .

  while you were sitting in that uncomfortable folding chair the other night.... listening to something you've heard already a thousand times before.... do you know what was happening at the same time?.

  somebody somewhere else was studying a real textbook.

  somebody was cramming for a college exam.

  it seems as though so many of the stories of people who are now mentally free that i read on here involved reading jwfacts.com at some point along the way.. he basically saved my sanity (questionable, i know!

  ), and was never as sensational and garish as other sites which immediately scared me away.

  why not take a minute out of your day to say thanks for any difference that jwfacts made to your life, and tell us what it was that helped you?...

  jesus always used illustrations to help people reason on the import of what he was saying.

  here is an illustration followed by a reality;.

  imagine that your heart went out to all those poor people who suffered when fukushima blew up, so much so, that when an internationally renowned charity asked for donations to help those in need, you donated $5000 to the cause.

  Local needs talk

  one of the elders was missing his service bag and suspected that one of the publishers stole it.

  he was determined to root out who did it so he decided to give a local needs part on the ten commandments focusing on you must not steal.. he enlisted the help of a trusted ministerial servant and got him to stand at the back of the kingdom hall during the part.

  he told the ms that he would read off the ten commandments and when he got to the one "you must not steal" he would pause longer than usual and see if anyone acted nervous or suspicious.

  Maybe he is just doing it as an act but all around he seems like a different breed of Pope.

  With the GB they would rather sweep it under the rug and say there is no problem!
