Has anyone heard of the elders being called independent agents. Spoke to a brother in the Legal department and he called them that.
by life is to short injust wondering if anyone has ever heard of elders being referred to as independent agents before.
i called the legal department and spoke to an older brother about the child molesters in my hall about a month ago.
he did not want to speak to me because i am just a stupid sister but he did finally agree and that was one point he made.

WOW,
was i ever so blind, and all the time i was told, they took care of their members out of love.
come to think of it there was one lady in the congregation who mobile home had fire damage to it
and the brothers came to her aid quickly to see what could be done, one room had fire damage
and the rest was smoke damage, i know this because i rode out to the trailer with the ladys sister
i was told that the brothers stated that the trailer could not be repaired, when i ask the sister of the
lady, if she was going to replace the trailer with a newer model, i was told she didn't have any insurance
from the looks of the trailer you wouldn't know it had damage until you went around the back of it
another thing is she was out of work at the time and probably had no money to pay for supplies
even if they could fix it. Well who knew?

by TD inthere was a person here years ago who claimed to be both an active jw and anointed but did not know who the "domestics" were in the nwt's rendering of matthew 24:45. it's not that i don't understand why people on the internet might claim to be something they're not.
they get a level of recognition that is lacking in real life.
therefore it makes sense that a disaffected jw might claim to hold a position of authority and/or prestige in the jw community that is entirely fictitious.. my question is why do people pull that stunt here when:.

by XPeterX inlast saturday night my older sister,24 years old,not a jw,went to a party.to make a long story short she almost got raped by a guy who found the chance to do so (he has been accused of rapes in the past too).then my sister called 3 of her neo-nazi friends after the party to attack him.so they took knives,clubs,and crowbars and went at his house.he managed to escape and didn't apologise for anything.now they are planning to kidnap him,drive him in a deserted place and beat him really bad and make him regret it.what should i do now after all this?i can't sleep at nights..

Tell your sister to stop this madness and call the police, talk her friends down,
a lot of lives could be affected by this one incident and be careful of the company she keeps
from now on.
