i fail to see why people such as alice in wonderland, bane and others, are regularly singled out as tolls.

demands are repeatedly made that they are shunned and thrown off the forum; while people like perry, who rant on with pages of controversial drivel, are considered acceptable?.

i personaly don't view any of them as trolls, just people who feel a need to stand up for what they believe.

i have this family that i've adopted.

they live in ms. the mother was raped and got pregnant and was df'd because of the 2-witness rule, etc., and even her own elder father wouldn't help her.

long story short, years have gone by, she had three more kids and now has a husband to boot.

it would also help if the mother could try to explain to the child what kind of doll it is

and show her how to play with it. Anyway i think your great for taking the time to do what you do

Jehovah provides for pioneers but takes no action on behalf of children being abused

this was something that i could never get my head around.. i recall being at a convention and a pioneer couple (who happened to be complete arseholes) were talking about how they had had this bill for a car repair & 'didn't know what they were going to do so they prayed about it & waited on jehovah'.

the bill was for 66.73 & within a few days they had returned home to find an electricity rebate made out to them for 66.73. et voila!

all sorted out.

i honestly have to say it's not all superstition, i do know of a sister who was given a very nice vehicle, right after she started pioneering .

I also have to add that i bought a $5.00 lottery ticket and won, guess what it covered the phone and cable bill. No joke

i don't know as i have covered this one before or not, but can't we say that jesus has been invisibly present ever since his ascension in the first century?

Am i waiting in vain ?

within the last three months i've had several visits from members of the congragation.

that i used to attend.

with each visit i was promised a return, it hasn't happened yet.

The thing that gets me is there are some good and honest people in the Org, people who generally would keep their word

An yet they don't even realize that this Org is turning them into liars, making promises they don't intend to keep, if they have the truth

why run? why make up excuses not to come back, and any active JW reading this know i'm telling the "TRUTH"

Bought a few books at the library

and two of the books are wt pubs, the secret of family happiness for .50 cents and what does the bible really teach for .25 cents.

my daughter was with me and asked why did i buy the jw books and i replied to prevent anyone else from buying them.

she then asked what was i going to do with the books and i said i would keep them for a little while and then dispose of them.

HI Mrs Jones,

i'm surprised they had them at your library, if we had any here they were probably checked out by a JW and never returned. Theocratic warfare i guess. The few i have left i use them for warfare myself, it's like StAnn said seein' is believin' even though it might not change their thought pattern.
