Haulin Oates: I can tell you that a few tokes of the Mary and I'm able to think alot more clearly.
I enjoyed the mary jane while still in, but was starting my fade. But I agree with Haulin, while toking it opened my mind up to really start to question things. It was quite incredible really. Helped me to start to see the things that I had only vaguely felt.

I tried ecstacy once. The very last district convention I attended me and my buddy up and left on the first morning. Couldn't handle it, so we never went back that weekend. Later that night we found ourselves trying some E with some chicks in a club. Was quite the night.

hey there, gang.. i'm haulin oats.
i came to full awareness recently after finding a work-mate who also had "seen the light" finally.. i was born/raised a jw, having made some pretty big sacrifices in the name of the organization, even moving to where the need was greater before the start of high school.
needless to say, small mid-west farm towns don't look too highly on jw's.
Oh, and my username stems from my days as a youth; being told that the pop band "hall & oates" were demonic/debasing because someone in the hall "just had a feeling they are".
Welcome aboard, Haulin Oates. Great username. Ironically, while in elementary school I won a science fair prize and it was Michael Jackson's Thriller album. But my parents said he was a bad influence and was made to trade with another kid....for a Hall and Oates Greatist Hits album. If only my parents knew they were demonic!
my wife and i are thinking of moving our family to a better place in the us....away from jw family and out of the southern bible belt.
just curious how many of you live around co and, more specifically, near fort collins?

xchange...the Canucks/Hawks series was as good as it gets for drama, wasn't it? Besides those couple games the Canucks didn't show up for, it was incredible hockey. Awesome series.
Not sure about Canucks in 5 though. The Predators are a hard-working team, there's not much room out there to work. If the Sedins don't wake up, it could be a long series. And can see the Preds winning if Rinne stays hot.
