What are your reasons for posting here?

i'm curious as to what drives some people to post at certain boards.. for me, i first came here over a year ago thinking this was a pro-jw site, ready to jump on the dubs.

lol.

little did i know.... i posted here exclusively for a while, but then found that the repetitive topics became tedious.

excellent thread--and very good post from Betterdaze---couldnt agree more. even if a man wants to stay in the cult to avoid losing family/friends (been there--done that--got the scars to prove it )---there's no excuse at all for remaining a middle manager.

the jehovah's witnesses believe jesus is an angel.

they also apparently believe that angels have wings.

jesus was a spirit being before he was born, we're told, and he was resurrected as a spirit (even though jesus insisted he wasn't a spirit), then does he still have his [ring bell] wings?

long time lurker, but now i can get my twopenneth in.. a brief history.. born into the religion, but it never really took hold - thankful for an easily bored mind and strong, worldly grandparents.. never very interested - dragged from meeting to field service.

in the teenage years i wanted university and my parents want a pioneer.
