Do you feel guilty accepting gifts (on both birthdays, holidays and non holidays?)

me and my brother was talking about 'the society' 'the watchtower' in general, and my brother said that he sometimes felt guilty acceping gifts from his 'worldly' friends, associates, etc.

(he's not baptized, neither am i).

i always felt guilty eating birthday cake, standing up for the flag.

I remember seeing this episode of some Michael Jackson special when Elizabeth Taylor threw him a surprise christmas party. He said he cried in the bathroom because he felt gulity for celebrating Christmas. I'm like, wow, a lot of psycological damage there.

Why wont the guilty feeling go away?

Is "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request" a Curse From Jehovah?

it happens increasingly and all the time in firefox.. is it a curse, or is it just the way things are?

trying the "contact us" option returns the message all the time.. weird, no?

...i went to a gathering a few weeks ago (a luncheon for some pioneer sisters).

we had turkey burgers, salad, fruit salad, etc.

one of the sister (an eighteen year old sister) and me were having a conversation (i'm not a pioneer by the way, and i wasnt going out in field service, just visiting, i live down the street from this sisters house).

And, if the children act up or do their own thinking, that is going to earn them a trip to Gehenna.

@ WT Wizard, that is horrible. I already think its horrible that Adam and Eve are there. All because eve ate the apple.
