i saw this coming since my mother-in-law's funeral .... the congregation's "love-bombing" over my wife had its impact.

What hobbies/interests does your wife's authentic persona love to do that is time-consuming and will help her meet more non-JWs. Unless you help her to enjoy life and learn to overcome thought-stopping platitudes, she may prefer not to critically think for herself just like Cypher did in the Matrix. This petition is probably the best chance in years to change the political climate with minimal downside. Scientology's tax-exempt status probably will not be affected by this petition. If this petition attains 100,000 signatures, it will show up on Washingon politicians' radars.
