Why doesn't the GB come out with specific rules on counting time
by trujw ini think we all know the reason millions of less hours.
when i was in we went to a rv by the kingdom hall then drove 30 minutes out to the country to knock on a door then back to the city for one more door.
god must be so proud!

what have you learned since leaving ?
by man in black insince leaving the jw religion,what can you say that you have learned about life/people in a positive way that you probably would have never experienced.

Man in Black ...nice to see you. Sorry about the lack of love regarding
your Mom. Feels like the message of the watchtower changes us into
plastic people ... we are standing there but there is no warmth or personality
left!

Where you the door knocker encourager in your congregation?
by jam into be honest i figured until i received some pleasure, enjoyment.
in waking people up on their day off, there was no way i was going.
to pressure anyone else to do the same.

At first I had the "zeal" ( ) & was quite thrilled with thinking
I was helping the poor people .... omg that soon wore off!

One awful thing happened that really had me scratching my head,
as I was told we had J's protection, a 'sister' in the group was
taking an older lady to the doors ....& the older one fell on icy steps!

by DS211 insection 3 first!.
how was bible truth rediscovered?.
it goes in to the section and explains that false teachers were foretold to arise after jesus died (and the apostles died according to one conment).

without barrffing but ...there are 3 watchtowers:

1. a simplified version....for "field service" for the language impaired.

2. a regular version...with bad stuff left out ...for "field service".

3. a study version...with bad stuff in.. to keep up the brainwashing.

My adorable 5 year son explaining the meaning of life

like always, his answer brought a smile to my face.

When does WT have time to praise God?
by DS211 inive increasingly noticed the amount of time devoted to trying to convince others why wt and jws are the "truth" and how christ appointed them instead of just praise and worship to god.
even the songs that are sung at meetings--many of them talk about listenng obeying and being blessed, and how god gave us gifts in men, etc.
and have reached even the thoughts and speech patterns of those who add "and his earthly organization" at the end of their sentences.
