  New Inactive One Saying Hello to all

  lostwun here, i joined 2 months ago but am now just finding the courage after doing more research to formally introduce myself to the board and embrace my new beginnings as an ex-jw.

  i am a second-generation jw.

  i grew up with parents who are well known and very respected in many circuits.

  MIND BOGGLING !!!

  ok....how is this possible.....at a 1 day assembly??.....

  how do opperating costs, come up to $2300 in one frikkin day?.

  watchtower owned.....4 congregation assembly hall , on a small island ?

  When they invented the new lite of the overlapping generations, and basically let the older ones know that they were going to DIE. Instead of "this generation will not pass away" ...it was, we were going to die in this system!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  So of course the older ones were SHOCKED & wanted some answers. They said in the watchtower to ...................stop your complaining, stop whining like the isralites, Jesus must have meant 2 generations!

  So basically shut the fu$$ up! They don't give apologies,,,,they don't give anything! these buggars just take!

  well its been a while since i've posted on here but i guess i just need someone to talk to.

  i've recently turned 16 and i guess life is just starting to hit me like a ton of bricks.

  i'm still not sure what i want to do with my life.

  BlackWolf ....16 is a difficult age, you are expected to be mature when really at 16 how much experience do we have? Not much. Sounds normal so far. The biggest problem is being programmed by a cult! They try to control every aspect of our lives. Congratulations on waking up as far as you have. You are doing very well. Gather your thoughts, get organized and take one thing at a time ......and do some creative thing to expand your horizons. Don't rush ....Armageddon is not coming. Research...goggle is your friend Sending you a huge hug!

  within the first few minutes, mr. stewart asked geoffrey jackson if the members of the governing body consider themselves to be god's spokesperson on earth.. his response: "that would be presumptuous of us" (implying that they don't consider themselves to be god's sole channel of communication).. to me, that was the worst lie of about 26 lies he's told during this hearing.

  however, mr. stewart missed an opportunity to call out mr. jackson on this bold-faced lie.

  he should have asked him to explain why the watchtower magazine teaches otherwise.

  Can You Really Become Inactive Instead of DA'ing and Keep Your Family

  oz branch coordinator terrence o'brien opined a number of times at about 1:00:00 until about 1:15:00 of his testimony, that a dub does not need to da, they can become "inactive.".

  i sent our beloved angus stewart my personal experience, as well as observations about official borg teachings.

  No it was certainly not the truth! Sometimes I have a gut feeling that, wait for it ...............................................................jws like to shun!

  Really, how & when would they ever get another chance to be sooo rude, or so mean, or so righteous, or so smug, or so punishing & vindictive! It has been my experience that a perfect-in-her-own-eyes peeonneer, gleefully pointed and danced around me in a store as she started her god ordained shun!!!!!!!! She is lucky I haven't seen her since!
