the go bag is there and they have to turn all the lights out and have their meeting in secret.. .

in our congregation we are really being pushed hard to get your go bags in order for every member of the congregation, with at least 3-5 days food and water.. .

Amazing, hiding in the basement again huh? The delusion in that writing room at bethel is laughable.
This time it is all tidied-up, with proper couples & a few nice children ..... none of those sick & old people to take care of, or those embarrassing singles without a 'mate'. No pets barking ..... yup just a simple perfect scene to show you a perfectly logical answer to how to have more faith!

I feel your pain & fear of being out on the street & alone LITS. You did need that damn job & that alone is heartbreaking!
How many young jw girls believe this atrocity, that is aimed directly at them?
How many will make the mistake to follow this total nonsense ....how many will live in the guilt & the fear directly caused by this watchtower rot ..... & how many will lose their lives because of it?
Some do wonder why we don't just leave wt & shut-up about it .... this is why!

i don't see the gb as being financially greedy.

yes, they enjoy numerous perks like having their physical needs met by servants, jetting around the planet, living in a greater degree of comfort than fellow bethelites, getting frequent and sometimes expensive gifts from the r&f, etc.

I generally agree with you about gb, .....but they know what they do to all those under their "command" They are evil in my eyes. Yes they no doubt make many stupid blunders ....you can see it in their crazy switching one made up edict to another, moving the "goal" post as it were! Like a bunch of dopey boys making up rules for their club ...no girls allowed either!
So if their investments are anything like their religious ideas .....they are screwed.
My opinion is that they are just a front for something else.

dear all,.

my health took a beating over the years with stress from various sources, not a little from the wt; and dangerous areas of work involving fumes and so on.

the arc also took its toll and i have had recently a heart attack.

this guy comes across has full of shite, and you know he would be a different person if there were other elders around with him.

my mom was unwell for awhile bruises on her body....doc tells us she has a form of lukiemia.

of course "no blood" she is anointed and stubborn as hell.

her platelets (blood fraction 2% of blood volume) are 4 should be 150!!!
