  Thank you all for your wonderful input. Sorry for my absence ..just got in.

  This shunning & social isolation is hugely damaging as you all have stated. The study of the human brain & our human need is amazing & if you can watch it or even goggle it, I recommend doing that.

  Deep psychological pain is the result of being starved of human contact. It is an attack on our humanness. Studies of isolation show a loss of a sense of self. Loosing yourself ...imagine that on a worldwide scale!

  There are many ways to isolate .... but usually starts with propaganda & lies. In the case of watchtower we have ample proof of their methods. Members are bombarded with lies & fear ....we only have to look at the pages of the watchtower magazine or listen to talks & demonstrations at conventions to prove this is true.

  This PBS presentation brings out that for our success as a species ...we need to interact with each other. WE NEED each other. Our brains are wired to interact with other human brains. Otherwise we become dehumanized. We get sick. We develop aspergers, autism, schizophrenia and a host of other disorders.

  So 'watchtower printing company' we do not need you ...we need our families & friends & all of mankind! Look what you fools have done with your hard hearted evil rules .... you are killing people in more ways than one. You should be more than ashamed, you should be arrested & sent to jail!

  Yes great to be prepared. But their experience is so insular and unreal, To them this would seem perfectly normal. Not a word about neighbors next door or those down the block. No community involvement.

  It is all about us ....that is the message! The rest of the world does not exist. They are all goners anyway.

  The gb is slyly smiling. Goal accomplished.

  faithful and always so very discrete in many things but when it comes to the lord's money not so good.. i think as it begins to register in their minds as to what a terrible job they have done as ceos of a large corporation leading it into this condition that thoughts of suicide come from.

  not to mention the shame at being a public spetical to the world by the rc.

  all these things and more are creeping through their denial as they are forced to face reality.

  One Year Later - A Thank You to Tony Morris.

  dear anthony morris, iii:.

  i wanted to send you a note of "thanks" on this special day.. why is this day special, you may ask?

  one year ago today, you, tony, woke me up to the fact that the governing body could not have jehovah's blessing or direction.. last year, on november 8th & 9th, 2014, the united states branch visit was broadcast to over 1,000,000 jehovah's witnesses across the country.. as i sat at the kingdom hall listening to the "historic occasion," i was ignoring certain doubts that had surfaced in the few months prior.

  Imagine the cocky assuredness of that idiot. Does that show how little respect he has for his 8 million slaves ......it should!

  For the first time, he had a huge captive audience hanging on his every word. They sit all bathed & dressed in their finest apparel ....waiting for a leader's magical directions ...... and he just throws them garbage.

  has it really ever really hit you with that "pow" of reality ever?

  Yes almost like real scales or curtains that I blinked away ...most amazing feeling & realizations.

  If you have ever removed moss from a roof, it felt like that, like a pressure hose removing chunks of moss until it is gone. As each awful belief was loosened & removed it was like waking-up from a bad dream.

  i've just spent a big part of today watching interviews, debates etc with richard dawkins.

  when i was a jw i used to hate this man with all my energy, i looked on him as the devil's offspring, he represented an idea that totally terrified me.

  When I finally 'found' Hitchens I was blown away by his mind. Nothing much stopped him. Loved his arrogance and cried when he died.

  Is my friend on the way out of the organisation?

  when i left the watchtower i realised it was best to put friendships on hold.

  however i mentioned to my best friend that i didn't agree with how they handled child abuse issues and that was one of the reasons i left.. anyway as i am fortunate and own two rental apartments and he is a plumber so we have kept in contact, in that i email him when i require his services and he sends me the invoice.

  anyway i am now dissociated, but yesterday i emailed him about a pluming problem, and he replied.. " sorry we missed going to the indian ( this was a comment made about us having a meal together about 9 months ago, which i backed out of because i felt he was too indoctrinated and i had not disassociated myself) anyway his email continued:-.
