  looky looky - A 'real' J-dub forum! (are they becoming normal???)

  so did the 'da society' give these dub internet savvies permission to start a forum?

  because last i checked, the ole boys in their oversized brooklyn bunker didn't want their members on the internet unless it was to view their own official websites.

  i thought maybe it was an apostate forum until i read their long winded, typically condescending jdub style membership guidelines:.

  the other side of my story and why im going back

  there are two parts to this topic you can read one or the other or both if you want, i just figured i post this for differents ones who might being going thru what i am going thru i tried to write this as quick as possible so everything i am posting here is not to offend anyone i know everyone has the own opinions on different things so you can disagree or agree, but this is where i stand.

  For born in's: how did your parents get you to answer up?

  my mum used to smack me on the arm with a rolled up wt when it was my turn to answer, she said it was " to make sure you didn't forget!".

  most of the time i ended up just yelling "ow!

  " and rubbing my arm, but she never got the message.. another way was to scream at me non stop all the way home after the meetings if i hadn't answered up.

  I can not forgive myself for being swept up in this cult and exposing my daughter even for a little while, every now and then I feel I have to apologize to her, because I'm supposed to protect her from harm mentally, physically and spiritually

  That is so admirable wasblind, I truly believe we all should apologise to those that we helped into the cult or/and with our children that we raised in the cult.

  @ highdose Oh My Bloody Goodness!!! You mother sounds crazy! I feel so sorry for your past JW life. I feel sick thinking of all the young children who are going through that crap right now.

  I wasn't 'born in' so I was free from such abuse.

  I tried IE and that worked fine, then I used my mobile phone and connected to this page and the picture come up with no problems.
