  long time lurker first time poster.... my cousin is getting married in a catholic church...i am planning on attending, but my mother is adamant about not attending, saying it is wrong, however she will attend the reception.

  i think she is totally out of line, but it's typical and par for the course...has anyone else heard of jw's not setting foot in a church for weddings or funerals?

  does the watchtower frown upon this or is my mother's fanatacism?.
