  Jesus was not a descendant of King David through SOLOMON who the Messiah will be.

  Jesus descended through Shealtiel whose line was cursed, Messiah can not come from that line.

  with the official letter from the gb to all bodies of elders, a stylized jw.org banner can now be appended to kingdom hall signage.. what an auspicious year this will turn out to be for the organization!!.

  among other outcomes, the "link" with the old, baggage-ridden "watchtower bible & tract society" recedes into the background.

  furthermore, now you don't pretend to need feet trudging door-to-door - your worker is done at the press of a few directed fingers.

  Can God Really see the Future?

  this is regarding the garden of eden/apple dispute.. if the all knowing, all powerful god sees/knows the future then surely the angels (that he created) should know the god knows the future.. now god knows that humans cannot rule themselves, hence the angels should also know this 'fact'.. why does he need to prove this point to the angels (as is taught by the wt)?.

  do the angels doubt the almighty god or do they have a reason not to trust or believe him?.

  God never gave humans the chance to truly rule themselves according to the jw view.

  He has interfered numerous times and has sent Satan & the demons to earth, and allowed Satan to become Earth's ruler.

  He caused humans to become imperfect and die, thus the question of rulership will never be truly answered:

  Could perfect, sinless humans with everlasting life, with no intereference by God, satan, demons, angels, nothing, rule themselves successfully?

  God does not WANT humans to rule, HE wants to rule over them.

  The Oct 1 w and Oct g are still not up. Makes me think someone posted it prematurely ahead of schedual although I was expecting the 10/1 w today. Must be a skip week, so it was pulled till next Thursday.

  The w was on God's kingdom, nice cover illo of Jesus teaching the crowds and g was on true success.
