  2015 Regional Conventions Baptisms

  since this is the first weekend of rcs, anyone going that can give estimates of how many are getting baptized, how many appeared about that were jw youth, and what attendance figure is at these rcs?.

  i know u.s. baptisms are declining.

  US baptisms INCREASED by 3,946 over 2013 according to the 2015 yb.

  this was for the 2014 SY.

  the "don't buy ice cream give us the money video" that is the subject of other threads.. i am not very good with computer stuff - would someone tell me where it is to be found on jworg please?

  This video teaches a child that if he/she spends their money on something for themselves they are selfish and disloyal, whereas if you give it to the gb you make Jehovah happy and prove yourself faithful.

  So, kids are not allowed to buy an ice cream cone or some other treat for themselves, all of their money must be donated to the gb?

  There is definatly something wrong with Lett.

  And this is an Historic Broadcast? Well, it is the first one to beg for money, perhaps it is a longer one so Lett can repeat his plea for more money ad nauseum.

  Their worst broadcast by far.

  And did anybody else notice that JW.org has replaced Watchtower on the France branch office bldgs?

  Accidental Posting of 2015 Release on JW.ORG

  a couple of weeks ago someone posted that jw.org accidentally posted the 2015 regional convention release.

  i can not fine the thread now.. i saw a picture of it yesterday.

  a sister had downloaded the pdf and read it that night.. it is a 16-page brochure entitled "return to jehovah", with a purple background.. it has been designed specifically for inactive ones are those who have been raised around the truth but never baptized.

  I'm guessing this booklet will be Friday afternoon's release, judging by the title of the closing talk.

  I wonder too if anyone from the congregation will be bringing me a copy.

  I notice that in the section under "Jehovah's Witnesses" in the part on the last days it still mentions that some that were alive in 1914 will still be alive to see the end of this system of things.

  Therefore it must be very close!

  Hi yodastar-

  I am always interested in the new convention releases, especially books.

  A sister from another cong sends me the magazines usually each month and gets copies of the new releases for me.

  I am still interested in the society's printing operations and the new publications and magazines.

  I don't read everything al;though I do look through them, some things still interest me.

  I no longer believe in anything any more, which is sad. Since discovering the tatt I lost all faith and am not even sure if god exists, but if he does he does not care about us.

  Anyway- I always look forward to the new releases.
