  i have closely followed the premier league for the last 13 matchdays, and i am getting ready to pick a team that i will not only follow this year but for the foreseeable future.

  i am not interested in chelsea, manchester u., manchester city or arsenal.

  all four remind me of teams i loathe in american sports (cowboys, yankees, celtics).

  I have a feeling that West Ham will pull it outta the bag right at the end of the season - God I love football!

  Championship football is also great, not the flair of the prem but the scrappy "get in there my son" attitude that UK football is all about.

  I saw a Man U fan fall into the river the other day, he couldn't get out, looked like he was gonna drown. Being a responsible person I alerted the rescue service. They haven't turned up yet. Hope I didn't wast a postage stamp!
