  for all those here who who saw and may have met fred franz.what would he say about global warming, facebook twitter, the death of mitcahel jackson since mitchael was a witness.what would he say about lady gaga, justin biber, usher and emeniem.how do you think he would have reacted to the events of 9/11 and bible prophecy.would he see it as true signs of the end.. so the overall question how would fred franz respond to the 21 st century with it's advanved technolgy and war on terrorism and the economic crisis that this country (the u.s) is facing.please tell us your thoughts..

  I agree this man would see propehcy in about everything.People like him are no diffrent than say Harold Camping.The talk is weird and does not make much sense.

  2011 Circuit Ass.

  just had to endure the saturday session of the latest circ ass program.

  during the below symposium each speaker, after talking of some terrible "worldy affliction" that we (as jws) might have succumbed to said in a low dramatic voice : "you...have been contaminated.".

  each speaker said this phrase about 3 times ea.

  I feel bad for you just recently the witness came and dropped to magazines at my house.My mom just threw them away.One of them was an Awake called The Truth about the Occult which is the February 2011 article and the other was a watchtower called What Makes a marriage last.

  I agree joilette Fred Franz's would explode with excitement.I mean think about it 9/11, the current war we are in and the country of Egypt freeing itself from Murburk the dictator.All these signs Franz would take as Fodder for the Jw masses.I think right now the Jw's are just giddy with what is happening in Egypt.To them all this ties in with what is the bible.

  Is it wrong to teach your kids how to think?

  okay, i know better than to ask this group that question.

  critical thinking helps people to see propaganda as it is being presented and enables people to see through lies and other bs disguised as 'truth.'.

  yet, my wife told me tonight that she did not want me to teach our child how to think.

  No children should be taught to think critically in all aspects and ask questions.Imagine that adults would cower in terror.If children were taught to question nothing ideologies would just crumble.Actually alot of things would crumble.

  Pre Armageddon Preparation.

  are there jws who prepare for the tribulations they assume are around the corner?

  when i visted the us once in 1999 i met a few guys who were expecting a global meltdown due to the millenium bug.. as a consequence they had generators, guns, ammo, tins of food, bottled water, fuel, all kinds of stuff to help them through a civil disorder situation.

  does anyone know or remember any jws who have prepared like this?

  So I was wondering How are the witness preparing for 2012 are they stockpile goods and materials for After Armageddon.If I ever survive that will be true He** on earth.Armageddon would probably be like the movie I am Legend goo movie by the way Will Smith is a good actor.

  I think Fred Franz woould be excited about Eygpt gaining their freedom because of this would seem to fulfill bible prophecy.Yeah right,Can anybody think of anything else that Fred Franz would be eager to tie into bible prophecy?

  me i do not really know i do not really have any in mond.even though my classmate is trying to get to ask out a girl in my class.what do i do.all the jw indocrination has me nervous about confronting this girl.i could try it takes time to confront members of the opposite sex.but pratice makes perfect.

  just heard about the death of joel siegel, the entertainment critic for abc, and found myself, surprisingly, in tears.

  maybe it was because he had such a young son and made plans to let him know how much he was loved, long before he died.

  maybe because i have watched him for so many years.

  I was saddend by the Death of Mitchael Jackson and the death of Patrick Swayze and the death of Bernie Mac.Even though he was not a celebrity in the traditional sense the death of Raymond Franz.May they all rest in peace
